"Worse Carpet ever!"
We had it Carpet down for 2 years, one month after warranty went out if started buckling and waving all over any place you walk. One room we do not walk in it still looks good. No one uses this small room. Take my advice and don't buy any of this Carpet for large room applications. Lots of waves in it and attracts dirt. Pretty easy to clean, but who cares if you got monster waves all over your floors.

"Worst carpet ever"
Ordered from Lowe's, first carpeting had to be returned as there were big oil spots on it. After waiting months to get new order it was finally put in. ( the delay voided our warranty) The warranty starts at the time of purchase. There are 2 of us in the house, no pets. Had the living room,2 bedrooms and a hallway carpeted. Not cheap, as we ordered the better quality and the best padding we could buy. This carpeting is a little over 3 years old and is matted and spots appear where nothing has been spilled. Had it commercial cleaned and it didn't help with the compressed fibers. Emailed and called Invista. The "customer service" person says there is nothing they will do about this extremely poor quality carpeting. I waited a long time to be able to afford the best of the best and this is what I got- crap. I wish I could share a pic. Will never buy from Stainmaster or Lowe's.

"Worst carpet I have ever had"
I will be replacing my not quite 4 year old carpet in a couple weeks. The carpet started showing wear within months. I had it professionally cleaned hoping it would come back but that didn't help. After more cleanings with the same results. I contacted the store that I purchased it from. They said they would contact the rep. After 3 months of phone calls and promises, someone from the store came out and said it was dirty and the problem was the perimeter where it had gotten too wet from a cleaning. The problem was not the perimeter but the traffic areas. The carpet looked older than the carpet that was original to the home, over 20 years old. He again promised that he would get the rep out. Never heard from any rep and no satisfaction from the retailer. I'm not purchasing my replacement carpet from that retailer or that manufacturer.

"Wouldn't buy again"
Within far less than a year I noticed traffic wear on the carpet, it's just two people and in a bedroom, so no sneakers or heavy traffic in the room. I was shocked at how it could already have a worn walkway showing after months. Now almost 2 years later I keep finding lose fibers and peices sticking up. When I bought the carpet I didn't wanna go cheap and have these kind of issues so I went with a medium priced and quality hoping it to last and look good for awhile However the carpet is equivalent to cheap quality carpet that I could have picked and saved a lot of money. I would never buy this carpet again if I want something with quality to last and look good. I can't say anything about stains because I bought a medium dark gray and haven't had stain issues or spills.

"Very poor quality damaged on install and claim denied"
Spent over $4000 to carpet two average sized rooms. After the installers left, and I finished moving furniture, loose ends of the yarn were found protruding all over. To be exact - twenty ones spots. Two had been snagged further by moving things and pulled out to reveal the backing. Small Dog got ahold of one and easily tore out a large swath. Since the install was incomplete, I stopped work and had Lowes file a claim. A certified carpet inspector came by and a week later my claim is denied due to "unfortunate circumstances" that they won't disclose. Lowes offered to sell me another carpet at half price..... A solid no buy recommendation.

"Lowes makes things right"
We're very fortunate after a long stretch, Lowes has, to our satisfaction, made the carpeting purchase workable for us.

"Worst carpet we ever purchased bought at Lowes"
Pulls in it like you get in a sweater. Installers, Service Pros couldn't or didn't match seams. Now clumping up like an older wore carpet. Problems the first week. Installers came three times. No solution 10 months later. Lowes said we have to take replacement. Three problems. Three strikes. I'm not taking Lowes replacement carpeting.

"Lowes said I must take their replacement"
I have argued with Lowes since August 2019. Three inspections say the carpeting is defective. The installation by Service Pros was poor. Now they insist I take their replacement carpeting. I don't want it!

Review:
"Reality Doesn't Match Hype"
We've had the Baxter style carpet in Roll Over grey for about 2.5 years. When we shopped for carpet, the Lowes associate told us it had a lifetime warranty against stain, wear & odor- what's not to love? We bought it and the installers did a great job putting it in. We've had it cleaned 3 times since and our rescued dog thought she was protecting us by marking the hallway as we all went to bed. I thought it was one of the cats, so I put up a camera and caught her red-handed. She would be the last one to go down the hall and she'd do a piddle of about 2-3 seconds. I scrubbed the spots as soon as I found them with Stainmaster pet stain & odor remover to no avail. Still had stains. Got the dog rerouted with her security measures, but still struggling with odor and slight staining- even after 2 cleanings. Stainmaster says it is not warrantied against odor...Great. Now where my husband sits up from sleeping on the bed in the morning there is a worn and scraggly spot, like the carpet is 20 years old. So my humble opinion is that this "pet protect" carpet is all marketing and after calling the carpet manufacturer, I know there really is no warranty at all. I like the medium grey color, but it isn't wearing well and I would not buy it again. Very disappointing, but at the last the name of the carpet is cute~
