Do not use them products are cheap and the people they used to lay floors down don't know what they are doing.

"LVP from Quality Craft"
We got LVP from Quality Craft at Menards about 3 years ago, within 6 months started noting issues with it peeling up. By 3 years it is a mess. It had a "life time warranty." That is a joke, we did the claim, tried to resolve it with the store and the company. BTW I have never before reviewed any company harshly, but there is a reason there is not reviews on their store site. The flooring company, Quality Craft, sent a contractor to look at flooring paid by them, He barely talked and he used equipment no flooring installer uses to find issues. his report said that as our floor was not level to 1/8 inch (no one has perfectly level floors to that degree.) then reported it as an install error therefore, they didn't have to honor any of warranty. Box said, hides minor floor imperfections, and is an easy DIY job. It was easy to install, per directions. We did follow those directions. Turns out there is extra fine print inside box that states these unreasonable standards. We had multiple contractors look at floor (since we now have to replace it) and all were shocked that the warranty was declined and the poor quality of floor. Buyer beware. If your floor is perfectly level, feel free to buy. Otherwise, plan to use glue that they only mention inside the box, and what is the purpose of gluing a floating floor- oh yeah because it won't float, it falls apart... and/or plan to replace the floor in the first few years. Unreasonable and deceptive packaging for a defective product. Sad and costly experience for us. Will never shop Menards again, nor should you. Oh btw another flooring inspector recommended that I go to store and throw a loud tantrum so they would "throw $500 at me to get me to leave." I did not do that. All I can do is warn you all here.

"Worse flooring ever"
We built a new home at the end of 2018 and installed CORTEC flooring, I have to clean this floor every day and it's just my husband and myself. IT streaks and leaves marks. There is no shine to it and it is so dull looking. I am at my wits end with this flooring, it was installed a little over a year ago and it looks like its 10 years old. I called Focal Point who told me what to use to clean the floor and it's worse using the product. I would not ever recommend this flooring, if I could I would rip it out I would. My wood floor in my old house that was built in 1939 had red oak floors and they were beautiful & easy to clean SO SORRY I installed this flooring ITEM # UV02300205 Color 00205 50LVP205

"I was impressed with price and quality"
I was upgrading from carpet to hard flooring and checked out all possible types including real wood, engineered wood, cork flooring (which is really cool but expensive), laminate, vinyl and tiles. I opted to go with 12mm from Contractor's Choice because I thought thick equaled quality and was pretty much the cheapest around. I lucked out with this brand, although I think it's Chinese made. I chose Notting Hill model because it is almost a white grey mix and I wanted to lighten up a dark, dingy, 75 year old house. On advice from a friend, made sure the edges had a basic wax type coating to help slow down spills/water from penetrating the seams. Tongue and groove system that is really really easy to install and ensure a tight almost-lock. Floated it over cork sheets for quietness and insulation and it is moisture and mold resistant naturally. Cut it with a circular saw. Sanded and glued around walls and doorways. If you buy this, with you know what you're doing or watch a few online vids first. You want to wiggle it up and down and a mild angle from the floor before you drop into place. Once you get the hang of it, you will know and feel if the fit is tight and "locked". I lucked out and without knowing it, this stuff turned out to be an AC4 hardness/durability rating out of a possible 5. AC5 is rare and most non-retail commercial spaces only use AC3 to lower bids. Well if you're like me, a bad cut damages the top coating even at AC4, but when it's properly installed, I dropped my hammer several times, including from a ladder with zero damage. It has an impressive surface. Multiple times a day, my pug runs a corner, loses grip and claws insanely on the flooring and not even a scratch. I may buy them again because I am so impressed, even if their competition has better surface patterns.

"Slip sliding on my wooden floor"
We have had these wooden floors since we built the house a couple years ago. I like that they not only hold up against weather and wear but they hold up against my kid and his armada of friends! There isn't much I dislike about them, I've never needed to repair them or upkeep them in anyway, just a nice wax job and a cleaning every so often. I sometimes can be found late at night slipping and sliding across the floors in the kitchen in my socks. Mind you they are very easy to clean! I would recommend them to a friend indeed and I don't go in for recommending stuff like this cause it only causes problems later on. I use to think wood flooring was just that, wood flooring and nothing special but like a carpet, wood flooring can bring a whole kitchen together. You drop an egg, it wipes right up, you spill milk or orange juice it mops right up with ease!
