"Wrong colour"
I recently purchased Beaulieau Camille Wheat Flour carpet for my stairs from Homedepot, its a mid to dark tone two tone taupy colour. The installer arrived today with the carpet labeled the correct code but the carpet was light beiger monocromatic, I had taken a picture of the sample I ordered and the carpet before me was no where near what I ordered not even close, if it was close I would have used it but light beige and for a stairway not a good idea. The company refused to talk to me and home depot is putting in a claim. Sad that the company would do this mislable and item like this. I am glad I took pictues to back me up I would adv ise others to do so.

"Spots where the carpet was losing it's weave"
I had this installed in December, 2015. Mid 2016 I noticed spots where the carpet was losing it's weave - filed a claim...and same as everyone else- they denied it and said it was normal use!
Wish I had read these reviews before I purchased, too... trusted the local carpet store.... Will never buy there again.

"Wish I had read these reviews before purchase!"
I purchased this carpet from Lowe's after their sales claimed it was the "Best Carpet" for pets. My pets never entered the bedroom where I put 444 sq yds with the best pad Lowe's sold. Followed all warranties. Lowe's installation warranty. Denied. They don't use those installers anymore and it appears to be a manufacturing defect. Stain Master denied. Not stained. Manufacturing defect. Denied. The carpet claim is now with Beaulieu (Ken) after 4 months of emailing pictures and a complete run-a-round. My carpet was purchased in June of 2017, installed late October/early November 2017. Carpet had loose fibers the day of installation. Installers said with proper vacuuming and shampooing they will no longer be an issue. My housekeeper vacuums once a week thoroughly. I vacuum daily, if necessary. I have had it professionally shampooed twice! My shampooer was shocked at the wear of my carpet (fraying, pilling, texture changes in areas, seams, and discoloration) in such a short time! I am so upset.

"Terrible carpet"
We installed our carpet it looked great at first but it started wearing after 3 months it looked like it would at 12 yrs old. I tried to get someone over here to look at it but the place I got it from said the company sold and the new owner of the carpet I got sold and they wont warranty it. I clean carpets for a living and this is the worst carpet to clean I got ripped off and would never recommend this carpet go with mohawk carpeting not this brand.

"Garbage!"
My carpeting matted and discolored within a few years. Terrible quality and they do not back their product. Stay away from any product they make. Installer was shocked when they came and took pictures. The rug looked worse than what they removed. Installer did a great installation and has tried to help with my issue.

"Terrible wear"
Bought this expensive carpet with the "best" warranty. Is flattened and frizzing after less than a year of wear. Looks terrible. This is with frequent vacuuming and professional carpet cleaning as required by the warranty. The company denies any responsibility. Will never purchase products by this company again or through Home Depot as they are the ones carrying this product and offer nothing to make us whole.

"Worst carpet ever! Buyer beware"
Carpet looks awful and we have only had it for 1.5 years. Beaulieu states there is nothing wrong with the carpet. Their 25 year warranty Which was touted when I bought the carpet has loopholes. Beaulieu said I needed a new vacuum - which I bought. It didn't help. The carpet has continued to look worse and worse every day. This is marketed as a high end carpet but has worn worse that the cheapest carpet remnant I have ever bought.

"Terrible wearing"
I have contacted my carpet company and have not gotten a reply. I hope that he can stand behind a product he sold me. Still waiting to hear from them. The carpet has a 25 yr. warranty and it is just about 2 yrs. old. It seems like the fibers smashed down and no amount of vacuuming help to raise it. So sorry for this purchase. Close to 5K to purchase.

"Terrible manufacturer"
We purchased new carpeting for our entire home with Beaulieu carpet. 2000 sq ft +. 2/2015. It was recommended by the carpet store. We have no children and a small non shedding dog.
The carpet matted where we sit on the couch. Contacted store and they agreed that carpet 2 years old and cleaned regularly should not wear that badly.
Beaulieu sent a "carpet appraiser" who did analyze and take pics. Our claim was denied for warranty. Said daily vacuuming would have prevented the problem with "hand grooming." Give me a break. This person was a paid "whore" by carpet manufacturer. Will give out his tele and name if requested. He lives in MN.
Sad in Sioux Falls, SD.
Heard Beaulieu filed bankruptcy and I am out. Research and trust no one when buying carpet.
