"Terrible customer service and horrible installation"
Several redflags were apparent from the beginning of the experience with Empire. The motley crew of installers arrived ( two men and one woman ). Non English speaking so communication was not possible. I called the company and asked if they were legally in the country and if they were employed by Empire or independent contractors. I was told they were independent contractors and they were evasive concerning their legal status. The woman told me I should have more compassion and I was being unfair. I told her most people do not want people in their homes they don't know and who are not employees of the company. They did not speak a word of English. I would not recommend this company

"Berber Easy as Pie Multi Colored Carpet Review"
This Berber "Easy as pie" colored carpet is amazing. I have never seen a carpet that doesn't stain or show wear until we installed this carpet 4 years ago. Though it isn't the sofest carpet on the market it is the most aesthetic and durable. Our family loves it!

"Berber Carpeting a big NO NO!"
I just had this carpet installed about a year ago. I absolutely hate this carpet. It is impossible to clean this type of carpet, and hair sticks to it like a magnet. I will never install this type again or never recommend it to ANYONE.
