"Technical support very rude and clueless"
The first time I called as I was instructed to do so by the retailer the
lady on the phone asked me if I was a consumer, to witch I answered yes. She told me that we don't talk to customers and I should not waist
their time.
The second time I called I got to at least ask a actual question. But she didn't know and told me I don't know. That was the extend of here interest in helping me buy their product.
I ended up calling 2 more times getting lots of attitude every time. So I stopped trying to buy their product.

"Very Pleased with my Carpet"
I was able to chose the flooring in the residence that I am currently
renting. I chose the Kraus product Hepburn. This product is soft to the
touch and looks beautiful in my new home. Very easy to clean and does
not show dirt due to the color. I am very satisfied with the Kraus
product, and would purchase another product again.

"Company is a hoax"
Don't order carpet from Kraus... They don't stand behind their carpeting.
My Kraus carpet had only been installed for a few months when it started
to show tracking. At this point now after 1.5 years installation, I
looks like it is 20 years old. Even people who come to my house can't
believe the carpet is new! Inspector didn't even inspect worst part of
the carpet so, of course, his report came back in Kraus's favor. Have to
now hire my own inspector. I have an extension to the warranty person.

will change.

"If your order comes in wrong make sure not to pay before getting a credit"
After being sent the wrong color of sheet vinyl we were sent another
wrong color. Starting with the call center not helping & right down to a
horrible outside sales person. 6 months later still waiting on credit
after they picked up sheet vinyl.

"Refuse to make good on poor product"
After three months my Kraus Carpet has 13 permanent depressions. I can
not put anything anywhere without it making a permanent mark. So even
when figuring out where to place furniture, if you leave it there a few
days you get a permanent mark. I was willing to have them take it out and
I would pay the difference to upgrade but they refused. They told me to
put water on and use a hair dryer and work it with my fingers. Oh and
even my suitcase made a mark. It was empty and made of cloth and
plastic. So poor product and poor response from the company. Home Depot
sold it to me. Next time I'll go to Lowes.

"Disgusted!"
Disgusted with their carpeting. We had a new home built, and Kraus was
their service provider. We paid for the upgrade, if this is the upgrade,
I'm horrified what their base model carpet is. It was worn down within
a few months. Their Inspector came out and said it was a manufacture
defect, and they would replace it. Obviously the replacement came from
the same roll, or their product is just that horrible, as it has worn
right down again in the exact same spots within 2 months! Looks like
the carpet is over 20 years old, strands of carpet constantly coming
out! Their product is garbage! Have never been so disgusted in my
entire life!

"Don't buy Krause!"
We purchased Krause Windsong carpeting less than 1 year ago. In less
than 6 months my wife noticed unusual wearing in traffic patterns in
certain areas of the house. We contacted the store where we purchased it
and the owner came out and looked at the concerns. She agreed that was
unusual wearing and contacted Krause. They sent an "independent"
inspector to review the situation.
Krause stated the issue was soiling, not abnormal wear.
My wife and I are both in our 70's and live here alone, with no children nor grandchildren. We have another residence so are not here 12 months!
This is not reasonable for carpet to show signs of wear in less than 1 year!
Krause refused to stand behind their product.

"And they dont stand by their carpet either."
Put Kraus Carpet in 6 of our condos in Destin FL when they ran a special
about no stain for 10 years. Well they could say no stain for 100 years.
What does it matter if you never honor what you say. I see people are
having a lot of problems with Kraus floors and this company has no
responsibility. They are a sham of a company. Go elsewhere. You wont do
yourself any favors with this company

"Terrible!"
We had Kraus carpet installed 2 years ago, Apparently they have 2 kinds,
one is stain proof and the other is not. I spot cleaned a few spots on
the carpet and was left with light spots where the dye actually came out
of the carpet! I had a rep from Kraus come to my house who told me there
was nothing they could do about it. So I am left with a carpet with
spots all over it. I did not use anything harsh, just Hoover carpet
shampoo which I have used on other carpets in my house with no problem
at all. I will never again buy Kraus carpet and would not recommend it
to anyone!

"Kraus FineWeave TM Premium Backing Fantastic"
I have owned my Kraus carpet for two years. The FineWeave TM Premium Backing was not my first choice when I went into the store because of the price. However I am so glad that I made the decision to listen to the salesman's recommendation. It's family friendly too! I never worry because of the way that stains come off with ease. My dogs and kids are no match for this carpet! I do wish that the carpet was a little softer. We like to lay in front of the TV to watch movies and always have to put a blanket down for comfort. I have not had to replace or repair my carpet yet. There are no signs of wear or tear and I don't think that there will be for a long time. I would definitely buy this brand again and have already referred it to all of my friends.
