"Cannot recommend - it stains and crushes with dark spots"
This was one of the most expensive carpets in the store and luckily, it came with a "no questions asked" warranty. I am having it removed after less than 2 months. It crushes down to show little dark spots wherever anyone walks. People come in and ask what was spilt on it, and I say nothing; we just walk on it and it makes dark spots. Also, very difficult to get up a spill without it staining. Worst carpet ever.

"Still beautiful after 20 years!"
I am redecorating as my home turns 20 this year. I can't believe how beautiful my carpet still looks in the Master Bedroom! It's a shame to remove it because it's still in perfect condition. Truly made to last and any spills have quickly come up! Thank you for making such a quality and long lasting product!

"Not as good as the sales person claimed!"
We got a remnant of Lees Triple Scotch-guard carpet for our LR and had it bound. The binding is coming loose and I've stitched it back on so it doesn't unravel! It shows stains we can't remove. We are happy with the thick fiber count but that is the only positive trait! We find single fibers sticking up and we can pull them right out! A lot of fibers have come out, and not in the path of foot traffic either! Since we have a dog, we'll live with it for now. Cannot recommend Lees carpet!

"Best carpet Ever"
25 year warranty... no stain... I thought it was a joke... Best decision ever... I have 3 lrge Mastiffs... this carpet is amazing... warm water and cleans up like new! Very satisfied.. can't recommend enough

"Horrible Carpet"
I purchased 10 years ago with a 25 year warranty and cannot get the dealer to stand by the claim They are different owners and say they conveniently cannot find the records. They also tell me the manufacturer will not stand behind. It is running in several places, has been stretched twice and needs it in about 5 places again. White plastic pieces are coming up through the carpet

"Dissatisfied."
We bought this carpet not quite 6 years ago.
The previous carpet was done for 28 years and still did not look that worn. After 2 years the carpet was showing wear spots and traffic areas. Now there are strands of carpet coming out all over the place. These strands are even coming out under furniture where the carpet get no foot traffic. This carpet is in the living room and dining room only and does not have any direct foot traffic from the outside. Would recommend staying away from Lee carpet.

"Lack of quality assurance"
It is October of 2015 as I type. We bought our Lees Ventnor carpet in
September of 2014. The first lay of carpet had parallel lines of high
piles that ran wall to wall where the carpet was cut incorrectly. It was
replaced under warranty with a second lay of carpet that must have been
made in the same production run as it had the exact same lines in the
exact same pattern. Ok, let's try again. Third time's the charm, right?
This time there was an edge-to-edge mismatch and again needed to be
replaced. The next time it was a line where the dye was sprayed too
heavily giving us a stripe right down the middle of the roll. They
offered us Karastan for the next try and it had an edge-to-edge
mismatch. Thirteen months, 5 times we have pulled all the furniture and
dismantled the entertainment systems in the master bedroom and large
family room. And, we will still need to go again. Carpet One keeps
offering us low ball replacements 20% or more less expensive than the
original carpeting. Both Lee and Karastan are now made by Mohawk. The
quality assurance of Mohawk must be quite lacking to go zero for five.
Carpet One should be offering upgrades, not trying to get us to accept a
lower quality carpet after we have lost 10 days for carpet laying, 7
dates for inspectors to come, one trip by a carpet cleaner trying to
wash out the dye line and months of delays. Very tired of both Mohawk
and Carpet One.

"Love Lee"
I have had the same Lees carpet in our home for forty years. (Don't be
shocked) I want new the problem is our carpet still looks great. It is
shag I always wanted new, sure hate to throw this away or spend the
money. The steps are worn of course but I can live with that for a few
more years. Thank you.

"A carpet that stands by its warranty..."
We took advantage of a sale a couple years ago and bought the Lees line
of carpet for our living room, dining room and 2 bedrooms. We can't say
enough about this carpet and the Carpet One store we bought it from. We
have 2 kids and a Dachshund so you can imagine how much dirt and stains
we have on a weekly basis. The reason we're writing this review a year
later is there recently was an accident in one of the rooms and a decent
amount of blood ended up on the carpet (don't worry, everybody is ok
now!). After a few cleanings it was clear the stain wasn't coming out.
We called the Carpet One store and told them about the incident and they
stood by their warranty and replaced the carpet in that room for no
charge! All in all we got a great carpet that seems to be holding up and
looks great in our home, and the company that sold it to us backs up
their product. We wouldn't hesitate to buy this carpet or from Carpet
One again.

"Titanium Series"
We purchased this carpet for our whole home one year ago. We were told it was the newest thing on the market and that there was a 25 year wear warranty. We had the carpet professionally cleaned with just hot water, per the company's requirements, and it looks horrible. Stains didn't come out and the traffic area looks like the carpet is 15 years old! In my opinion, this carpet does not stand up to normal everyday use! I have been waiting 4 months so far for a satifactory solution from the company and so far am very disappointed!
