"Cheap Quality at High Price"
Purchased carpet from Home Depot. Had Several installation issues that Home Depot has accepted responsibility. As for the carpet quality: Foot prints, that were to be lightly visible, leave deep imprints. The dog's paws leave deep hole where the nails made contact. Snags occur everywhere. Crease lines are visible as well as joint seams. We compared the sample sent from Mohawk to the carpet installed. They were different. Mohawk did not provide a rationale response to the differences. Am I to assume that Home Depot gets a different quality carpet than flooring or decorating stores receive? Mohawk has accepted no responsibility but Home Depot is working with us to resolve the quality issue. I Will update.

"Visible Seams"
Purchased 66 yds of carpet. Seams were very visible. Told to wait 2 weeks. Still visible. Installer tells me it's "side match". Look it up. Mohawk insisted on independent carpet inspector paid by them no doubt. He says installers fault. Installer comes to check. Tries to improve. No luck. Will fight for me to have carpet replaced. No response from carpet store. Am still waiting 3 months later. If you don't want ugly footprints, don't buy this carpet.

"Do not go for the gimmick"
My husband is a firm researcher, I research companies and not products. So as we had to replace our carpet - 23 year old Home Depot Berber carpet- sadly finally gave way as we have pets, we both agreed on Mohawk's pet line. The carpet is less than one year old and becoming unraveled in many areas. Soon we will be walking on the pad and have no carpet left. I have been dealing with their installer and CT rep National Floors Direct -another joke- and so far 21 calls and a whole bunch of empty promises and still no one seems to act on our dissatisfaction. This weekend I will be writing to the CEO and mailing our complaints to his home address. Let's see if stands behind his product that had a record 4th Q in 2020 netting millions of $$$ of profit.

"Worst looking carpet ever"
This carpet is the biggest disappointment ever. Expensive and looks worn and shabby shortly after vacuuming. It flattens down and shows every print every mark and looks old and matted. Would never recommend this carpet or Mohawk carpets to anyone ever. Their warranty is ridiculous as well as the horrible carpeting. Purchased from Diverse Flooring and not totally happy with service, knowledge, and quality of carpet.. Do not buy Native Allure by Mohawk, it looks old and flattened and worn after only 6 months. Did my entire house in it and was the biggest mistake ever.

"Unbelievable"
Carpet installed today. The carpet itself looks good. Problems are carpet is loose day 1. They never put a medal strip down across doorway. Was told buy the installer to call Lowes. So now if you step in where the door closes over a tack strip stabs you through the carpet. Called Lowes they say "we have nothing to do with installation". This was the first step in my 28k dollar redo. Lowes will not see another penny of that money.

"Terrible wear and tear and warranty promises broken"
We live in a pristine home, only two adults, no pets and our Mohawk carpet was replaced in 2018. Staining that cannot be lifted even with professional cleaning, piling in areas never walked on. We are very unhappy, we did everything the warranty asked for and were denied our claim. Our previous carpet (not Mohawk) was 16 years old but had to be replaced because of a wildfire that burnt down homes in our neighborhood and caused smoke damage. I will never ever buy Mohawk again. I thought a US company would back their promises.

"Carpeting an upstairs bedroom . . ."
My purchase and the installation of carpeting for an upstairs bedroom went smoothly, quickly, and professionally. The installer arrived alone, and I feared he would be unable to get the carpeting upstairs by himself. He assured me he would, and he did. He worked diligently most of the day, and in the end, my old ratty bedroom looked beautiful, and ready for some new furniture. It was a joy working with these people. If only all people one hires to do work performs as well as this guy did, it would be a much, much happier world. Highly recommend.

"Very disappointed"
I can't even say that i've reviewed a product before, that is how strongly I feel about this carpet. My own fault, I should have read others reviews first. But hopefully I can save someone else the pain of having to look at this carpet everyday. It was only my wife and I, no pets. Within the first few months it started to show signs of wear. After about 6 months we called the installer/supplier and had them come out and look at it. They deemed it normal wear. Seriously? To look that bad in 6 months from 2 people walking on it? Anyway, here we are, 3 years later. Every time I vacuum I say to my wife, "do you know what I hate?" She replies, "the carpet dear?" Disappointing because I love our house and the carpet ruins that feeling.

Review:
"Terrible warranty"
Bought 139 sq.yds of their Hudson landing, less than 5 years old and it is wearing like its 20 years old. The rep claims it was because we did not clean it as per what its says in the warranty. I have sold carpet for 5 years and no one cleans their carpet that often. We did get a professional in to clean it and he even sent them a letter stating that it was very clean when he cleaned it. There are only 2 of us in the house and we are gone about 2 months of the year and would like never wear outside shoes in our house. What a disappointment that they don't believe in their own product. The company that installed it has been fighting for us but the best Mohawk would do is sell us the same thing for half price, well that was an insult!!!
