"Synthetic Floor: Best Bet"
I purchased Armstrong synthetic flooring about two years ago after I tore out the carpet in my house. After various stains and the overall dissatisfaction of carpet, I made the simple decision to replace it with a well-priced and attractive synthetic floor. I have been extremely pleased with my investment and have recommended it to all of my neighbors doing home renovations. I really like the look and feel it gives my house. I chose an Autumn Mahogany color, and it accents my wall color nicely. That is what I adore most about synthetic floors, the wide range of color choices. You can easily tie in your floor's look to the reset of the house. I have had no need to repair my floor as they have worked excellently. There is nothing I dislike or regret about my purchasing of my floor. It looks beautiful, if feels great, and the installation was a breeze. For the aforementioned reasons, I recommend Armstrong floors, and synthetic flooring in general to anyone looking for a great way to spiff up their home.

"Linoleum flooring a great option for kitchens"
About two years ago, I installed Armstrong Marmorette linoleum flooring as part of a kitchen remodel. So far, this flooring has been very durable, easy to clean, and still looks great. I chose Armstrong rather than Marmoleum because the Armstrong patterns and colors are a bit more muted than the very vivid Marmoleum patterns. The main problem with going for real linoleum floors is you need to find an installer that knows how to install actual linoleum, and understands that it's not the same thing as vinyl flooring. I would definitely buy the same brand again, and I would recommend it to friends (in fact, one friend of mine did end up doing a real linoleum floor after seeing ours...)

"Armstrong Vinyl Tile - Beautiful, Durable, Affordable"
I love Armstrong Vinyl Tile. My husband and I installed the tile in our kitchen four years ago. With two rowdy dogs, this flooring has proven its durability. It is easy to clean, and it doesn't show dirt at all - which I love! The only thing I disliked about it was that although it says it is self-stick, we had problems with it coming up after about a week. We are on concrete slab, and we found we needed to glue it down. However, it was easy, and we've had no problems since. I would definitely buy Armstrong tile again - in fact, we were recently discussing replacing the linoleum in our master bathroom and our guest bathroom with this same line of vinyl tile. Overall, I think this is a fantastic product, and given the choice, I would choose it all over again. It truly is a quality product with durability to match.

"Flimsy Synthetic Laminate Floor Results in Frustration"
I have owned my synthetic flooring for approximately 2 years now. I particularly liked the color of this particular Armstrong Brown Synthetic Laminate Flooring as it is a nice, soothing rich brown. However, from my personal experience, the cons definitely outweigh the pros. For example, the product is not very durable as about half a year ago, the product began peeling back. As a result, this has caused an unpleasant creaking sound to occur whenever one steps over the area, which has been frustrating and annoying to say the least. Also, for the price, I expected a more durable, long-lasting product. Although I have not had the time to repair or replace it, I intend to do so sometime later this year. No, I would not buy the same brand again or recommend it to a friend whatsoever. I firmly believe there are probably better options out there for one's money and time.

"Laminate Flooring; Functional and Beautiful"
I have had my Armstrong laminate flooring for over four years, and it still looks virtually as good as the day that it was installed. It has the look of hardwood, but does not require the same amount of upkeep or expense. It is the perfect choice in a house with pets and children. It is so easy to sweep and mop and I can just look at it and know that it is clean. I had carpet installed in the bedrooms at the same time and after four years they are starting to look dirty and worn. I now wish that I had installed the laminate throughout the whole house.
The only problem (if you can call it that) that I have ever had was finding a cleaning product that didn't leave visible streaks on the floor. But, after going through a few brands, I finally found one that left the streak free shine that I was looking for. I think it takes a little trial and error to find a product that is going to work for you.
Another possible drawback could be making repairs on the floor. After four years, I haven't had to repair anything, but it seems that it might be difficult to do. The individual planks lock together, so I can't imagine how a repair would be done without taking up a major part of the floor (unless the repair was on the perimeter.)
I would definitely buy this floor again and would recommend it to anyone. It is well worth the money as it has a much longer life than carpet (or many some other types of flooring) and is so easy to care for.

"Linoleum Is Easy & Reliable"
The synthetic flooring that we are enjoying now in our home came with the home, but it was one of the reasons I liked the kitchen/living area. It is off-white with beige grids and it is pretty basic, but it also doesn't interfere with the general decor and it keeps the room looking light and airy. Since this is a 'starter home' for us, I wanted something that would have minimal upkeep and wouldn't require a great deal of care, and this linoleum fits the bill pretty well.
There are some minor drawbacks to this linoleum, though. First is, it shows every little bit of dirt (and I mean every bit). So, it requires cleaning often. It's good it's easy to clean, for this reason. First I use a Swiffer dry cloth, then I use a Swiffer wet cloth on it and everything comes right up. Once every couple of months I use Armstrong Floor Cleaner, then a commercial wax to keep up the shine.
The only other small issue is that it damages quite easily, from a parent's point of view. A dropped jar, or even a chair being pulled out too roughly, leaves a ding or a mark that can't be scrubbed out. I have never had any repairs made, however, because the marks or cuts are often small and if I were to have anything done, we'd probably just re-do the whole room instead.
Overall, I am generally pleased with it, and also by the fact that it is eco-friendly. I would recommend it to friends and family.

"I have laminate floors that are awful"
I have had my Armstrong laminate floors for a little over two years now. We purchased the product at home depot, they also installed it. Its very dark in color, which is what we chose. When the crew arrived to install the product they found several pieces in each case that had started to bubble and peel. It looked like it may have possibly gotten wet. I asked if this is what my floors would eventually look like? I was assured that this would not happen and that this is a defect in just a few pieces. No big deal the man told me.
Well my floors look awful, I will never again buy an armstrong flooring product of any kind. Home depot has been really helpful in trying to help us get the product replaced. But with no luck. I would not recommend armstrong products to anyone, they are cheaply made and do not last. I have been left very unsatisfied with my floors. Also they show scratches and when this happens the top coating of the laminate starts to peel away. The joining piece at the door jam is very discolored and peeling.Home depot has replaced this piece for us. But we had to install it our selves. It has only been a little over two years and this product looks like its twenty plus years old.

"Tough, Durable Laminate Wood Flooring"
When I moved into my new home in July 2009, I requested that they remove the carpeting and install hardwood floors. The realtor convinced me to go with the Armstrong laminate wood flooring.
As a result of her advice, I went ahead and had them install it throughout my new condo. This was the best decision that I could have made. The laminate floors are amazing and can withstand so much. I love that I can wear the highest stilleto heels and the floors will not be damaged.
The only drawback is that the slightest bit of dust or debris will roll across the floors like a tumbleweed. But, I am so glad my choice and would never trade it. the comments that I have received from my family & friends make me realize that laminate wood floors should be everyone's first choice in flooring options.
I highly recommend the Armstrong laminate floors and have already encouraged my sister, who just bought her first home to remove the carpeting and install the same brand of Armstrong laminate floors.

"Review of Armstrong vinyl tile flooring"
This review is of Armstrong natural visuals self adhering tile floors. I have owned this synthetic tile floor for almost two years at this time. The look of the tile is natural stone which includes a wonderful textured surface as well as natural stone color. I like the fact that if a tile is damaged it can be replaced as a seperate unit as opposed to tearing out the whole floor. The only part I dislike about the tile is the surface is slippery for my 150 pound mastiff who slides around on the tile on occasion. The only repairs that have to have been made are mostly due to installation problems. One was that a tile moved slightly which was due to cutting an edge tile too short causing the tile to move under constant use. The other problem was a tile which had a bump in it and this was caused by not removing all debris before adhearing the tile to the previously laid flooring. I would definitely recommend this tile flooring to a friend because of it's ease of insallation, good wear characteristics and it's asthetic qualities. Armstrong has proven to be a superior home improvement product and I would definitely buy their product again.

"Armstrong Diffusion flooring is durable, attractive but pricey"
I installed this flooring roughly 8 months ago. It replaced a natural linoleum floor that couldn't stand up to the wear and tear in my kitchen. The look of this floor is nice but a little odd. It has no gloss to it and therefore looks a bit dull. I chose it because I wanted the look of concrete. I have a very modern kitchen and wanted a modern floor but one that would be comfortable to stand on. It also tends to be a little slippery even when dry. What is great about it is that it doesn't show any dirt at all. With my previous floor I had to mop on a daily basis. Now I can easily clean it only once a week and even then it isn't because it is showing dirt. It truly only needs to be mopped for sanitary reasons. I paid a lot for this flooring... $4,000 installed in my 700 sq foot kitchen. So far I am very pleased but do wish that it had a bit more shine to it as it makes my kitchen feel dark.
