"Looks like it's dirty"
This flooring came with a brand new Cottage RV I purchased June, 2019.
I didn't spend time studying the floor. I just thought it was dirty as it was the show home. The basic flooring pattern of grey tones, of imitation tile, looked nice. Only after I moved in did I realize some designer must have thought it was brilliant to plaster mud spots and blobs over the pattern and incorporate that into the finished flooring. It looks like it's filthy all the time! I have never had a floor like this in my five homes I've owned, four in the last 12 years, and will never buy another like this.

"Buckling end to end"
I chose this floor for its durability (we have 10 grandchildren and several dogs in the family) was so pleased until it started lifting end to end. We had all baseboards removed and the Congoleum rep. came and looked at it. Installation was done properly and he had no answers. Congoleum sent an independent inspector and he's apparently blaming it on the heat. We have infloor hot water heat in one room and hot water radiator heat in the other. Not at all satisfied with this conclusion. This has been going on now since April 2018.

"Excellent flooring"
We put Congoleum in the master bath & laundry area 2 years ago - love
it! Easy to mop using Swiffer wet wipes a couple times a week, plus use
Lysol cleaner monthly using a sponge mop. I'm a fuss about bathroom
germs and love this flooring! I have a brown/gray tile look pattern in
those rooms. I have a lighter color in the half bath & entry which gets
really muddy some days but mops up easily! Lots of compliments on my
flooring the past two years!

"Not holding up"
This flooring is not holding up. Every place anything has been dropped
leaves a place where dirt collects. It looks dirty all the time. We have
only had this flooring for about a year and a half and it already looks
older than the 10 year old vinyl we replaced.

"Pros and Cons of Linoleum Flooring"
I have owned my synthetic flooring for the 9 years that I have lived in my home. It came with the house when I had it built. I like the fact that it matches the wall-to-wall carpeting in my home and that it is preferable on my kitchen and bathroom floors. It is easy to clean and has a nice shine after cleaning. The off-white and gray pattern blends with the gray in my carpet. Stains on the linoleum are easily removed most of the time. The bleach I have to use does not stain the linoleum. I would have preferred a tile floor in a slate fabric.

I don't like the way the linoleum sweats on a hot and humid day. Sometimes it takes a considerable amount of time for the floor to dry after moping. Occasionally, I will get a difficult stain and have to use bleach on it for removal.

I did have it removed after living in the house for 3 years due to a flood in my laundry room. The same linoleum was used to replace it and the flooring has been fine.

No, I would not buy the same brand again and I would not recommend it to a friend.

"My kitchen floor"
I few years ago I lost the floor to my kitchen, due to water damage. GRRRR--My homeowners insurance was great and suggested I check out some new flor covering, while they set to work on getting the rest of the base repair. Of course they had many suggestion but I ended up with a nice solarium off white with a small pale calla lily at ramdon areas. It was beautiful---as time takes a tole on everything,it starting to show it wear. You can not drop a thing on it or it will dent. Toenails from my dogs cut it. It is not every going to be my first choice again. But again its only been six yrs. It was suppose to last 25yrs. Ha.
