"Disappointing and horrific customer service"
Floors were installed and had a residue that was strange when it was been installed.. Total expense $8,000 I called the Sales Rep Robert, & he told me to use a little warm water & vinegar or the Bona Cleaner.. I cleaned and cleaned and cleaned .. residue still there and you walk on floors and you can see footprints, etc etc... awful.. These are supposed to be low maintenance floors.. Robert was argumentative and seemed to care less, that I was disappointed and all i was asking them was to cover the expense of a professional floors cleaner that was recommended by the Store were I purchased the floors.. He was adamant, that he had no responsibility, I have heard form others, that this has happened to them as well. Why should brand new floors out of a box have to be professionally cleaned and buffed ? Mannington along with Coles in San Diego have completely washed their hands... Of course, they have already taken my money... totally sucks... I will never buy from either again.

"Behind the technology curve"
I have professionally sold and installed vinyl flooring for 30 years. Mannington has always been an inferior floor when compared to other manufacturers. The original Mannington Gold was bad enough to nearly bankrupt the company, with thousands of claims you would think the company would retire the brand forever. Unfortunately they brought the name back as the best of their LVS product line. I was originally optimistic as the rep assured our team of sales pros this floor has addressed all previous issues and improved on all of them. Well, not so. When installing Mannington they have always been the most difficult to install, move it wrong, look at it wrong, it will tear on you. They claim this is a glass back product, glass back typically signifies fiberglass in the core. If this has glass I would like to know where? IVC is a true glass back with a sheet of fiberglass as the basis of the core, will it tear, sure, but you have to purposely pull with a great deal,of force to do it. Not so with Mannington, as I stated, look at it wrong and it tears. Also, Mannington still uses a top coat seam sealer, when innovation has allowed much better products to be sealed at the edge of the seam with no residue visible from the surface Mannington chooses to remain at the back of the pack with regard to innovation. If you want a floor that is at the top of the price category, easiest to tear, and most difficult to clean then shop Mannington. For top in quality, fairly priced, durable, and the most realistic patterns I suggest checking out IVC. You will not be disappointed, and.... your installer will enjoy the ease of installation as well.

"Difficult to clean"
This floor is in my kitchen but my children are grown and I do not wear my shoes in the house so there is very little wear and tear on it. The floor is extremely difficult to clean. Spills do not wipe up easily. Even if you spill something on the floor like coffee, etc., it takes "elbow grease" to wipe it up. The floor is grooved and everything that drops onto the floor seems to get stuck in the grooves. I find the only way to get it clean is to get on my hands and knees with a rag and a small brush. I have an very small kitchen and I can't imagine dealing with this flooring if my space were large. It also scratches very easily and if you want to move the stove or refrigerator out to clean under them, it is a major project. I would never recommend this flooring to anyone!

"Stay away from Mannington"
We had this flooring installed in April 2017. We left Florida 2 weeks later. We put up hurricane shutters, an accordian blind and kevlar screening and left AC on. The house was in darkness. When we returned in November, the floor in the bedroom had buckled and bubbled in areas. We called both the store and the manufacturer. The store sent pictures and a piece of the floor. Mannington would not send a representative to inspect the floor. Phone calls were made by the store and myself. An email was received two months later stating that the claim was not a warranted condition, and the photos showed lack of expansion, pinch points or occurred because of thermal expansion. This is false and they felt that they did a thorough investigation! I will never buy another Mannington product for either of our homes. The store pulled the Mannington display from its store. The store we dealt with actually let us pick out something else and installed without a fee. We are very fortunate to have dealt with a reputable store, Setterquist Flooring!

"Not scratch resistant by any stretch of the imagination"
This floor cleans up beautifully, but the demonstrations by the manufacturer of its scratch resistance do not take into account that anything with any weight at all on this floor will scratch it (i.e. a person with a pebble stuck in their shoe tread.). We are about to become a sock only house.

"Defective flooring"
With minor sun impact the floor bubbled and also gapped. Manninton sent a guy to Idaho from Minnesota to check it out. He openly told me the floor was defective but then Mannington refused to warranty I because they claimed it couldnt be put where the sun would shine on it through the window. I guess it may work in penitentiaries.

"Do not buy"
Purchased the product and had a pro install it as specified. Old floor removed, new underlayment installed, Mannington glue with the proper tool, etc. After 1 year spaces between the planks developed aprox. .006 wide. We went through all the BS with warranty and bottom line was Mannington did nothing. My original Armstrong floor was better after 20 years than this product. Stay away from this company.

"Junk"
Not only is the product junk, but, Mannington absolutely does not stand behind their warranty. Almost from the get-go, my flooring started to warp and bubble in many areas. They had me send them two entire planks in the mail so they could "do their own testing". After the expense of shipping and the time invested, they came back with, "you must be excessively hard on your floors and leave standing water on them". Will never buy another Mannington product.

"Mannington floor - Horrible product and warranty"
We bought Adura vinyl tile flooring and had it installed using Mannington grout. About a month after installation, it developed a orange-brown residue on it. It is an embarassment to look at. It looks worse than our 15 year old linoleum that was replaced. The residue does not come off after mopping! The only way to get it clean is to hand scrub it with a lot of sweat and effort. And even then, it appears to take the sheen off the tile. My wife has a bad shoulder and I have a bad back...this is not acceptable. Customer service completely passed the buck on this and would not stand behind their product. I wasn't even asking that they replace it. Just send someone out to clean it and tell us exactly what to do so it doesn't reappear. They refused to do this. Their warranty is garbage. We were forced to spend money to ship unused tiles back to them so they could "test". They either didn't test correctly or didn't test at all! This company has both atrocious products and customer service. If you are reading this, you have struck gold. Stay away from this company and its products. They aren't even registered with the Better Business Bureau correctly so negative reviews are obfuscated. We will be forced to replace this floor on our own dime. What a disaster!

"Do not buy Mannington"
As a flooring retailer I can tell you things have changed at Mannington Mills. My wife and I have been in business for 22 years. Mannington used to provide very good customer service and customer satisfaction. That was many years ago. Now, it is the worst it has ever been. So bad that we no longer sell anything that Mannington makes. All of their displays have been taken out of our store and thrown away. Please be aware that Mannington's warranties are total lies and only put on their products to make the sale. If you purchase Mannington products of any kind you are on your own if you have problems with them later. Do not buy Mannington!
