"CRAP!"
Installation of this product is a nightmare. It does not fit well. It
does not lock well. I have two rooms done and am regretting it deeply. I
have probably 60 boxes remaining that I will be returning to Menard's
tomorrow. Crap. crap. Crap! Do not buy this product. Pay the additional
amount to get a better product.

"WORST COMPANY"
I was so excited to finally get a "wood" floor. We did the installation
as it stated..After a year its now bowing in many places and looks
horrible. We contacted Menards, they stated we had to contact the
company. We did, they are refusing to replace it due to they say:
improper use of hammer and tapping block. We are so displeased with
this. I wish I would have known about this all before we bought this
flooring. I will be letting everyone I know how badly this flooring is
and how badly we have been treated!!!!!!!!!!

"The Black Plague Has Come To Michigan"
What a nightmare. Do not buy this flooring. Terrible to install. Looks
nice for about 10 minutes. Seams pop apart on their own. Junk junk junk.
I don't think it is even worth burning.

"Stay away from this prduct - it's a nightmare"
The store that we bought the Tarkett laminate floor from sent an
unexperienced installer. The result was unsatisfactory. They came and
replaced it with a different Tarkett laminate. I learned that the 1st
product is discontinued and it was hard to put together - even by a
professional installer standards.
The second product is ridiculous. The installer hasn't even left our project and there are pieces that had broken and came apart. He stopped and he's looking at an other product.
<<DO NOT BUY TARKETT!>>

"Lousy Flooring"
Beautiful when it was first put down. It scratches easily, looks like
it is cracking in places, it wasn't that cheap, and it has only been
down about a year. I live alone , and I took very good care of it. I
have 2 small dogs and I used a lot of throw rugs, but it still is
disappointing. Very easy to care for, when you get down to wipe up and
you see more scratches that you don't know where they even came from you
want to scream. If I could afford it I would pull it all up tomorrow and
replace with hard wood.

"Time lost = Money lost"
Decent finish and price. Horrible millwork. Another month without a
renter. Tarkett never responded, thankfully I do enough business with
menards to get a full refund.

"Don't buy this flooring"
My husband and I installed this flooring last year after purchasing it
from Menards. During the install I noticed how some pieces weren't
milled properly and we couldn't use them. The seams didn't fit together.
Now a year later, it has to be replaced due to bubbling. I am very
displeased with this product.

"Tarkett laminate"
We recently had an insurance claim as a result of a water leak in our
basement. All our Kaindl laminate flooring, which we were really happy with, had to come out and we were given a selection of replacement flooring to choose from. We selected a Tarkett brand of laminate. What a nightmare. The flooring company installers stopped after 150' and said they wouldn't install any further because the milling was so poor there were ridges and site lines all along the joints. The representative from Tarkett came and looked at it and he agreed there was a problem. As a result they went and got another milled date batch hoping it was just a bad batch. At first the second batch seemed okay but then the same problems started to show up. Rough seems, site lines along the joints as a result. Again, it will have to be ripped out. We will be selecting a
different brand now, and hopefully I won't be back on this site complaining any time soon.
