"Resilient Flooring review"
This Flooring has been in my basement for approximately 10 months. I installed due to the cost effectiveness of the product on sale at my local Home depot. It resembles real wood which gives my basement a great feel. The product also retains heat very well. I really like how the flooring was easy to install as it is laminate flooring that pieces and locks together like regular wood flooring. Although cutting it to fit around the edges of my walls and doors was difficult. I had to have someone come into my home and help me with the edges and doors. I will say that I dislike this white dusty film that takes ahold of the flooring and does not come up very easily. It doesn't come up with just water. I have to get a floor solution or a really good degreaser to get it up. I have never had to replace this flooring. It has no bubbles and no creaks. It also survived some minor water spills. I will definitely recommend this product to friends. I plan on finishing the rest of my basement with it when I am able to afford it again.

"My Contractor Didn't Know it Wasn't Real Tile"
We recently had to replace our bathroom floor and did not want to invest in anything expensive because the house is currently for sale. I purchased this product because it goes on easy-stick squares but can be grouted to look like real tile. It was very easy to place the tiles and, because we used the proper spacers, we got great results from the grout. It actually looks like real tile. So far, I love the product and have no complaints. I thought that maybe we would have some trouble with a few of the tiles we had placed and then lifted and placed again. I was sure they were going to pop-up and make a mess with the grout later. I have only had it installed for about two months, but so far we have had no problems. I would definitely buy this product again and I have recommended it to my friends who want to update their bathroom as well. Our longtime contractor was at the house resetting the toilet and was surprised to learn it was vinyl and not tile. Jokingly he asked if I was available for tile work.

"Perfect Flooring Option for a Do It Yourself Homeowner"
I have installed Home Depot's TrafficMaster Allure flooring in two homes that I've owned. I could not be more pleased with it. It is easy to install - I did a bathroom in a half hour and a kitchen in just over an hour. Only a straight edge, pencil and razor blade are needed to complete the install, though I will admit to using a plunge cutter to do the vent openings. This floor has a tile look without the maintenance needs. It it guaranteed waterproof, making it a great choice for bathrooms and kitchens. Because of it's waterproof design, it's great for homes with pets. It's extremely resilient. I have dropped my cast iron pots and pans on it without so much as a dent or scrach. It handles appliances being dragged across its surface and would easily stand up to any high traffic area. It can be cleaned with any household cleaner and will even hold up to bleaching. The only problem I've had with it is a spill of a strong solvent (PVC cement) lifted the surface of one tile. Repair was easy, we cut it out and replaced the damaged section without any noticable seams or gaps. I have recommended this flooring to everyone and will install it in my next home.

"A great flooring product for your finished basement"
We have a finished basement with a raised floor. Our basement gets a good deal of moisture and needs continuous use of a dehumidifier. One of the reasons why we decided to purchase and install this vinyl "wood-look" floating floor was because, unlike the peel and stick or glue down vinyl, this does not stick to the plywood raised floor. Also, with the vinyl, as opposed to wood or laminate, we did not need heavy tools like an electric saw for cuts. In a way it is peel and stick but the tiles/planks stick to one another. We also opted for this because the price was reasonable and it would not absorb odor like carpet. We love the look of the floor and it is easy to clean with a dust mop or Swiffer-like mop.
We have already recommended it to our neighbor who has the same style house and also a finished basement with high moisture. It was easy to install. We did have the help of my father who does many home improvements. My husband and I installed many of the tiles ourselves.
We have not needed to repair this product. The only minor complaint that I have is that, like other vinyl products, the seams show a small gap. However this is only noticeable to me as I see the floor every day. It is not even a fraction of an inch -- maybe 1/32 of an inch.
From what I understand there is an even stronger product from this brand. If we were to use it again I would search out the product. But for our purposes, in our light traffic basement this is perfect.

"Durable, Stain Resistant and Cold"
I have had my TrafficMaster brand linoleum kitchen floor for three years now and I have very few complaints. It has held up to daily wear and tear very well and despite numerous spills it has never remained stained more than a mop could remove. The only real flaw I have found is something that affects linoleum flooring as a whole and not my particular brand, the floors are very cold. Because linoleum is little more than a thin plastic like covering over a piece of cloth, putting very little between your feet and the bare floor beneath. I have never had to repair or replace sections of my kitchen floor but if I was I would not buy linoleum again. I would try out another synthetic flooring and get laminate flooring next. It offers many of the same benefits that I enjoyed with my linoleum flooring, but puts a thicker material between my feet and the stone floor beneath.
