"Bad customer service"
I am not happy with my floor and they keep saying that I am late paying for it and charging me interest I have been paying for it on time and it will be paid for in eight months instead of 12 they are refusing to refund the interest they are not honest and I will not be purchasing anything from them again they only want your money and don't care about the customer lesson learned it was a horrible experience

"Cheap floor"
Recently installed by professionals Armstrong vinyl floor 16x16 Alterna La Plata Caramel in a sun room area. This floor was advised by a retail floor store to be durable, and easy to clean, but it's not. Please do not buy this floor, you will regret it forever. The light grout I purchased to go with the floor it's already black and can't bring it back to the original color, even using their Armstrong cleaning solution. It shows every single foot step and dirt. The floor is a cheap plastic material that stains easy and it will look terrible in months.

"Durability of self stick tiles"
After purchasing a new home that had pets, I decided to remove all the carpet. I also have three dogs and two cats. I had used self stick tile with not good results. Being a do it yourselfer, it needed to be something I could do myself. I knew that the Armstrong brand had a good reputation, so I decided to try it. It is great. I have had my tile down for three years now and have not had to replace any. My husband tracks in mud and gravel in on his boots and there has not been any damage to the floor. If it can hold up to my pets and high traffic of my husband, it can handle anything. I would purchase again and have recommended this product to others. Actually, I still have one small room that needs tile. I also really like that it offers a great warranty.

"Happy Feet"
I love my floor tile. Everytime I walk on the floor I am transformed to another place. The tile gives my home an upgraded feel. And when I spill something, it just comes up with a wet cloth.

"Love tile if it insate right and a good sealing"
Our flooring has been in for 18yds.And is in very bad need of replaceing.Our buget will not let us.So we can hope we will flooring for kitchen,and 3 bath rooms.HELP.
