"Design Issue"
One of the designs on a tile we chose has the likeness of a demon. I've
asked multiple people's opinions and they all see the same thing. I wish
I could upload a picture of it. It's horrible and appears multiple times
throughout our master bathroom, and it happens to be on the tile I look
straight at while I'm showering. I called Mohawk and they won't do
anything about it.

"Great looking floor"
I am from Michigan and I re-did my kitchen floor about 8 years ago. It is a very big kitchen and although it was fairly expensive to redo the floor with installation, it was well worth it. It is very durable flooring. It looks almost brand new eight years after I have had it installed. Every one I know tells me that they like the style and it makes the room more attractive. It cleans really easily as well. The texture of the surface allows easy clean up. At first I disliked the price, but in retrospect now I think it was a good investment. It added to the value of my home. I have never had to do any repairs. The floor adds value to a home even in a tough real estate market. I am looking to sell my house soon, and am thinking about re-doing other floor spaces in my home. I would recommend this type of flooring to anyone who wanted a stylish floor that cleans up very well!

"A Mistake on the Tiles Leads to a Nice Design- Mohawk"
Mohawk typically is a brand I would recommend to my friends and family due to their products, but I am not sure I can speak that way of their service. In our newly furnished basement we have carpeting from Mohawk that we're pleased with; we also have their tile. We assumed tile would look nicer with the pool table and the bar, and it does. We received a discount on their black marble tile, and they offered free delivery. Our contractor said he'd install it, because we were not ready to place it. In order to get the quantity we wanted we had to purchase it at that time, because they could not guarantee they could hold it. Buying it at that moment was not an issue, and we wanted to do things properly with our product. We felt comfortable enough with the company that we did not check every single tile when it was delivered. When we checked the tile we found 20% of the product was faded so badly that it looked like gray marble. We spoke to the company, and they gave us a hard time about returning it. My contractor and husband were able to make a design using the faded tiles, so they do not look faded. Overall I am satisfied with the end result of the tiles in the basement, but I am neutral to the company now. The products are nice, they are cheaper, have good financing options but check the entire product. I have had my tile for a year now.

"Mohawk Tile Flooring - Caridosa"
For my new home, I decided to use tile in both bathrooms to lighten up the area and to keep it clean. I went with the Mohawk Caridosa Glazed floor tile in the Bianco white color. Although the product said it would be glazed, I felt that the look was not gloss, or semi-gloss but pretty neutral. The weathered tile looked I did like as it gave the floor a nice but rustic look. I should have gone with a darker white now that I think about it. We have owned the flooring for 2 years now and have had no real trouble with it. We had it installed professionally so did not do it ourselves. We had to replace one tile once because it cracked but it was easy since we had leftovers from the installation. I would both recommend this product to a friend and would use it again for another bathroom but not a kitchen.
