"Don’t waste your money!"
The seams of this floor are so poorly engineered that they do not stay locked. I installed this floor meticulously and they still come apart and pop up. Terrible,terrible product.

"Extremely Disappointed"
I thought I’d done my research but this floor is terrible. We have reinstalled it twice thinking we may have done something incorrectly. Our contractor installed it the final time and it still is showing splitting seams -popping, cracking, and breaking - the edges DO NOT stay locked. We gave it a few months and there are edges cracking and breaking everywhere. The edges are weak and do not lock together so they constantly separate and crack. I will never buy a product from here again and I suggest you really consider the time and money you will be wasting on this product. We are now replacing this entire floor with a brand we know and trust. I pray they will stand behind their warranty.

"Hate It"
It's a lovely floor, but VERY difficult to keep clean. I paid a boat load of money for this floor and installation. But it grabs onto dirt and won't let go! I've purchased a steamer, a hoover floor mate and a green scrubby on a stick! I've tried dozens of different cleaners. The only thing that works is getting on my hands and knees with a green scrubby. After two years of frustration I called the technical support line a Shaw. They KNEW about the problem and told me to get a stiff bristled brush! I spent $4,000 on a floor and they want to me scrub it like an old time char woman.

"Use Caution when installing"
Honest review on Shaw click vinyl floor Wabasha. The good: the product is easy to work with. Cuts are easy and looks good when finished. Now the bad. Tile is fragile. Corners and edges crack and break easily. I am now noticing tiles are starting to pop up. I glued an edge down only to have the next tile pop up. I'm curious to see how long this will last. Grade: C-

"Extremely Poor Design- Do Not Buy"
This is by far the worst flooring I have ever tried to install. I have never had an issue with other brands. This is very poorly engineered, as you cannot lock both end and side in without either a gap, or chipping/breaking the tile. I installed the entire floor, and was totally dissatisfied, so I took it all up and tried again, with the same results. I have spent over two days on a project that should have been a 4 hour project. Now I have to take out the toilet again... Do not waste your time or money on this crap.

"Disappointed!"
Just installed a Shaw Wabasha Vinyl "Extreme Performance.." flooring. Looked beautiful on the store display but does not attach together as it is supposed to and I walk on the finished flooring and can hear it shifting and cracking under my feet! Light tapping on the tiles attempting to attach and get the pieces to interlock caused them to chip and crack on the edges. Very unsatisfied and would never have purchased if I had first read all the negative reviews. I want my money back! Do not purchase this product.

"Looks like tile, do not buy"
First
I have laid 8000 ft of hardwood, 2000 ft of locking tile, 2000 ft if locking wood floors.
I made a huge mistake in buying this floor.
Look carefully at the locking side, if your floor moves 1/32 of an inch it unlocks and it moves.
I haven't contacted the company, there's nothing can be done about poor design

"Shaw Floor's Edesia luxury vinyl tile"
Some of the tiles looks like someone with dirty feet/shoes left dirty footprints pots on them. A floor inspector explained they are part of the design to make it look like natural stone inclusions. But from a customer's vantage point some of these tiles do not look like natural stone inclusions at all. Email me if you want pictures. Maybe installers should arrange these dirty-looking tiles to the back or side of the room so they will not be noticeable. Mine were installed right smack in the middle where your eyes can spot them very easily upon entering the room, others were installed right under the light where the dirty-looking prints are highly illuminated spotlighting the dirty-looking spots. I purchased these from Costco who has Shaw Floor as their vendor but fulfilled by Carpet to Go. I have requested them to rearrange the tiles and have not heard back. More to come soon....

"Do not buy!"
The engineers of this stuff need fired. Difficult to lock together. Doesn't stay locked. Got the whole room done, days later became unlocked. Got gaps in several places. Gotta tear it all out and buy something different. What a waste of time and money.
