"Stay away"
Had lvt waterproof installed. Installer hated it. Flooring isn't staying locked end pieces coming apart. Had a independent inspector working with Shaw company come to my home and he literally insulted me and the installer. Saying did you install this piece that is bad. I told him to leave my home. What kind of company works this way!

"Doesn't stay together"
I used a different model on a different job last spring, it seemed to go in fine. This product was hard to work with, I would get a few rows down and look back to see it coming apart behind me,
Started over several times. I should have stopped and returned it.
I have been a full time custom cabinetmaker for 40 years, so I'm quite familiar with the "how to's" of construction work.
Never again.

"Always looks dirty"
I have Classic Plus Teak LVP and it always looks dirty. You can see streaks after the floor has been mopped. Every time my dog has a wet paw or their nose gets against the floor it lets a shiny spot. I can scrub so hard and the marks remain. After having the floors for 3 months I'm not sure I would ever put down LVP again. I think I should have paid the difference for engineered wood. LVP still scratches and you can't use wood markers to touch this up the way you can with wood.

"Absolutely horrible experience"
I've never met such a fragile tile. Many planks were chipped in the box and the rest tended to chip during install. We ended up taking them all out and got vinyl peel and stick.

"Waste of time and money"
We put this in 4 condo units and all of them bowed. Trying to file a claim is awful. They want lots of questions answered but nothing got done.

"Having issues with joints pulling apart"
I had this flooring installed in the spring of 2016. It looked great and seemed to be no hassle at all. in the summer of 2017 a small portion of the the tiles began to slide apart. I know that the contractor left the required 5/16 in at the edge under the baseboard. So, I am left with a floor that still looks great through my entire living area except for about 4 rows of planks which have "gapped" in a heavily used area in front of my range. We are looking for a way to fix, has anyone had this experience?

"Do not purchase this product if you have a family (ie. kids, dogs, relatives at holidays over, etc.)"
This is a terrible product that came highly recommended by a Smart
Carpet salesman through Costco. I explained (and it was clearly evident
to the salesman) that I have 2 small dogs, a pool and 2 teenage
children. He said this would be the absolute best product for me and
would fit my household. Wrong.
I've had the floor approximately 6 months and it looks awful. A small dent in one plank, scratches, discoloration, the top layer of the finish comes off if your cousin spills red wine on it or your dog has an accident. This happens even if you clean it up quickly! You are left with horrible patches where the top finish comes right off.
If you live alone, have no pets and don't walk on this floor you will be completely satisfied as it is an attractive product.

"Do Not Consider"
Do not even consider this flooring. Very difficult to install. Planks do
not click together easily. When tapping planks together the thin vinyl
cracks. Pieces of vinyl are already peeling on ends. I'm a third of the
way through my project and I am ready to take it all up and return it to
the store. I chose this for the look and waterproof features. Highly
recommend investing in a better quality product

"Never buy from this ? again"
First of all I found out the hard way that Shaw does not manufacture the
tile it sells, but the tile is out-sourced from China. I bought Rock
Creek Tile Quarry tile from a local dealer who told me the tile came
from Dalton, Georgia instead of saying it was made in China by an
unknown company. The Shaw name was no where to be found on the box or
tile. After being charged a $75.00 shipping fee I received Newport Beach
Ocean tile instead of the style I paid for. To add to that the tile
boxes had a Walmart.com sticker on them. The tile I received was not as
thick or well made as the sample I was shown in the store and 5 out of
the 9 tiles in the first box was chipped on the corner. The dealer, Tim
Hogan Carpets, refused to accept a return of the tile because Shaw
charges return shipping as well as a restocking fee. So, because of the
dealer I bought from, and Shaw not standing behind the product they do
not produce I am out of $700.00. This all seems a little shady to me.
