"Streaks easily and can't wash out"
They look great on surface and from afar. Have felt pads under chairs and still streaks the tile. In certain light you can see like shiny streaks as if coating came off the tile. I contacted Armstrong who does these tiles and they suggested a product can strip the tile even more so to be careful. Won't do that as don't want to make it worse. Not satisfied at all that it streaks very easily.

"All broken"
I bought tile from Home Depot traffic master tile, and I bought a whole pallet of product and more than half of the tile were broken. It's not just one customer complaining its many and your reputation is being tarnished as a waste of money. So many are looking for other brands even though your product are beautiful. It's not worth the wait to get broken product. Then the wait on top of that to get them replaced then those boxes come on broken as well.
I understand that you have an exclusive contract with Home Depot in Abilene Texas but either they're not taking care of the unloading process or it's on your part. But whatever is the case it's your label on the package and it's getting a bad name as unreliable and damaged product.

"Big improvement over linoleum flooring"
10 years ago, installed this in our laundry room and have never had any trouble with it despite having a washing machine filter plug up and water pouring out onto the floor. We just mopped it up and it was good as new.
2 years ago, used the Traffic Master Peel and stick Carrera Marble 12x12 squares and stuck them directly to the subflooring in the kitchen. It turned out beautifully. The only thing that's a little difficult is cutting around corners for cabinets. But it really turns out nice and holds up well. It's easy to clean (I don't use harsh cleaners like bleaches). I just use a spray like "Simple" that's natural cleaning products and a damp sponge mop and spray on the cleaner and mop it up, rinsing in between.
Everyone thinks these floorings are actual stone. They even feel slightly cool rather than spongy like linoleum tends to feel when walking on it in bare feet.

"Color Travertine Self Stick 12"x12" Tile 30 Squares per Box"
We purchased Traffic Master Self Stick Floor Tile from Home Depot in Auburn Indiana in the fall of 2017. We laid new underlayment surface in our kitchen, in the kitchen dinette room and then down a small hallway off the kitchen to our pantry. After all the flooring was laid tight together things stared happening. ( Note I am a retired Carpenter by trade.) This was one of my professions. With in a year, the tile started to shrink and tile stared to come in a lot of places. Also the tile started to bubbling up on the edges on all 4 corners. Now I am telling you all, my wife and I are not very happy with this type of flooring. We want a total refund for this total job we had done.

"Sorry it is no longer available at HD"
I used a Rockwell mini table saw to cut it. Works perfect. It is about 5/16" thick compared to most peel and which is about 1/16". I laid two bathrooms and a utility room with it. I would like to do more, but it is no longer available. I did not grout it but abutted it. It has held up well after more than a year.

"Ruined my house"
I've always wanted a big house with ceramic tile and 3 years ago we finally bought one. We pulled out all the old carpet and had a contractor install a light gray ceramic tile. Now I want to burn my house down because of how this tile looks. No matter how often I clean it or what I clean it with it looks smeary and dirty. I have tried vinegar and water, a steam mop, all of the cleaners that are available and everything that Traffic Master recommends. I am mopping my floors 4-5 times a day, and it's only me and my husband. We wear slippers in the house so as not to bring in mud or dirt but it doesn't matter; my 1800 square foot house always looks disgusting because of these tiles.

"Disappointed"
This tile is very attractive. However, the glue on self stick backing is very poor on the edges. The seams do not stay together. I believe that this is due to the lesser price. I say this because I also purchased another more expensive traffic master tile for another room, Beige Slate, and the quality is excellent.

"How Do I Claim My Lifetime Warranty Replacement?"
We purchased our home in 2004 with this Traffic Master Lifetime
Residential Warranty 12 mil wear vinyl tile already recently installed
in our basement. We found a partially used box with no instructions in a
nook under our stairs. Why were we looking for it? The peel and stick
tile mastic backing had started to ooze out of the seams between the
installed tiles. Where does that leave us? Residential Lifetime Warranty-
yes. Do I need to produce a receipt to have someone come and assess and
replace the product?-because I do not have one. Tile centers still look
good except for the obvious black mastic around every single edge of the
tile, and of course the stick with every step. I do not think this brand
has worn well, nor do I think if I call Traffic Master they will do a
darned thing for me. If I were the person that bought it I surely would
not recommend it to anyone. We are hardly ever in our basement so this
is an issue we shouldn't be having.
