"Look elsewhere"
Bought maple hw dubeau product. It's been installed roughly 18 months. Some of the flooring replaced was hardwood from the 70s. There's more dents in the Dubeau HW in 18 months than what was in the previous floor after 40+ years. I have HW in the kitchen. Things get dropped when you're putting pots and pans away and getting them out. The dents in my kitchen floor are shameful for an 18 month old product

"Avoid! Garbage Product."
Wood was installed per the recommendations (Acclimatization/Humidity/Temperature) and by a professional with 30 years experience. Almost immediately after installation, splits appeared which were anywhere from an inch to 12 inches long. At least 40 splits found in 350 square feet. Dubeau Flooring refuse to honour their warantee with typical excuses. I am not the only person who encountered this problem. My mistake was not checking the web for other reviews before purchasing this product. Hopefully I will save someone the same grief and cost of replacing brand new flooring. Do not buy this product! My Very Unsatisfied rating is generous.

"Maple Tuscany Brutal"
I had the installer booked wood in my home for over 3 weeks. The job was started and of 80 boxes returned 6 full of cracked boards. The boards installed had numerous cracks over the next 10 months. Dubeau did not stand behind their product and denied any responsibility. But another name brand.

"Excellent product"
After reading all the bad reviews we were worried. Now I doubt these reviews are legitimate. Our first attempt at doing hardwood flooring with a bit of professional guidance, and the result is beautiful. Lots of variety in board lengths, and we managed to complete the 3 bedrooms, closets and hallway with only 1% waste. We highly recommend this product.

We purchased Dubeau flooring from Home depot in 2007. Let it acclimatize and had it installed. Beautiful and no issues. We have had 11 years now and it looks brand new. I would purchase again

"Dubeau hardwood flooring"
I would not recommend Dubeau hardwood flooring to anybody. We have purchased hardwood flooring at Home Depot and installed it by certified installer. Pretty much fast we have discovered the low quality of those hardwood floors; easy stretchable, color peeling, dents a variety of other damages that being discovered everyday, similar to other people that have put their feedback here.
Not Debeau and not home depot haven't take any responsibility on the product that have been sold and continuously hidden behind their limited warranty. They trying to put the blame on is, on irresponsible use. My frustration have reached the end and I am considering to bring both to court.

The Red Birch flooring from Dubeau is an absolutely beautiful floor! We haven't seen anything like it anywhere else. We highly recommend this product and will be using it elsewhere in our house.

Need to find this product to replace a section of my floor due to

"Very bad hardwood, not recommended"
Installed Dubeau Tuscany in our brand new retirement home. Two weeks
after installation the boards have started to crack. Even, what looked
like natural knots in the wood, have started to lift and crack. Very bad
product I would not recommend this product at all. Looks like we will be
replacing all this hardwood within the next year.
