"Dubeau harwood is garbage"
I consider myself a professional flooring installer in which I have
installed hardwood floors for over 8 years. In my opinion all hardwood
products from this company are crap. I have seen it all from too many
split boards prior to install. Badly warped boards different sizes .
Very poor stain on groves(sides). My customers have paid top dollar for
even what they call higher end stuff and it is still the same junk. The
product shipped does not even come with protective wrapping between each
layer of board in box. Therefore damaged marks on almost every board
from shipping and handling. Seriously stay away! Unless you don't care
about quality.

I got a good deal at home depot I should have known the product was
very sub standard. I paid a professional more than the cost of the
product to lay the floors. I was on site so I know they were installed
according to the company's standards. These floors are crap 70 % of
boards split and cracked. Do not buy Dubeau!!!! The company does not
stand behind the product. I have posted a review before but they
don't seem to post them. I hope other peoples dream home is not ruined
by these floors !!

"not quality"
I found this at Menard's crazy day sale. $1.79 a foot. They had 52
packages, I bought the last 6. I had big reservations. Wife said, "Buy
it!" I should have known better. Read other reviews online, only after I
bought it. Opened a box. Some of the wood was splitting before I
installed it. Took it back the next day. You get what you pay for.

"Cracked and Cupped"
We purchased Dubeau Prestige Series from Home Depot. Two different lots
were purchased. One lot is fine, the other is cupped, warped and cracked
all over. You would cry if you saw it. Even though one room from a
different lot experienced no issues, Home Depot and Dubeau said it was
humidity in the home. For most people they'd have to believe them but we
have undisputable proof, two lots of wood, one good and one horrible.
Stay away from this product. It's criminal to install a product that is
practically permanent and end up with cracked and cupped boards. It will
cost you 4 times as much to uninstall and reinstall this product.
By the way, if you read the post where they indicating completely satisfied, read it twice. Its obvious a manufacturer post, would any homeowner ever describe their floors like that. Stay away.

"Flooring Nightmare"
I purchased this flooring from Home Depot. The boards were not all 3 1/4 inches wide. Over a third were off by 1/8th to 1/16th of an inch and not just one box. The result was numerous gaps. Flooring was removed and reinstalled by measuring every board to cull out the narrower boards. The company was given samples of the boards that verified the issue. This company did not stand behind their product and neither did HD causing huge delays to my Reno and lots of frustration. Do not buy Dubeau Prestige Inca Gunstock!!!

"cracked split maple"
Thought I bought beautiful flooring through home depot wanted to buy
Canadian. Now my beautiful home has chipped slit floors. Do not buy
Dubeau floors. I had a professional installer. Within weeks the floor
split and cracked.

"Bought this floor for new home"
Bought this floor for new home, the floor is terrible cracks in 50% of boards noise when walking deabreu does not stand behind their product. I have had other wood floors in three other homes and have not had any of these problems. I paid a lot for a professional floor installer to put these floors down and they turned out to be crap. Do not buy this product!!!!

"Don't waste your money even if its a good deal"
Luckily I read these reviews before I installed. Unfortunately I bought
the flooring and rented a truck to bring it home. What garbage.... I
took 6 pieces and fit them together - there were already gaps and 4 of
the 6 pieces were different widths. I can only imagine the frustration
the others had putting down this junk. Do not buy Dubeau floor from
Home Depot.
