"They are Grate"
Hi: I am a Viet Nam vet; going to the VA for my health care. LL Lumber has more partitions, the whole VA. They are great and I am talking about the one on Hanover St. Manchester N.H. I also like to say thank you to the whole Crue at this location.

"The change the price in the middle of a job even with a signed contract: scam"
At first it seemed like a good idea, the local office had a great sales pitch. The demolition (removing tile and base boards) did not do anything to abate the extreme dust. Plus when they removed the base boards, they used a crowbar (wrong end) and punched holes in my wall just above the baseboards and LL Flooring would NOT repair the holes.
We were a bout 95% done installing the flooring when the installer ran out of wood. Since I already had a signed contract and had to pay upfront, I was surprised to find out that I had to pay an additional $2500 to get the missing wood. They did not measure correctly. The said the would settle for $700 dollars (scam). So they remeasured the house again. Well then we ran out of quarter round and baseboards.
The floor looks nice (installer a great person) but the transitions between the rooms sucks, it sticks up and I always tripping on it. We had the whole house done in wood except bathrooms and kitchen. So why so many transitions.
I would never use LL Flooring for anything again. They did not tell the truth about the cost and charged me extra after the contract was signed. A contract means nothing to them. Look else where for flooring.

"Have been treated badly by the company"
Our bamboo had separated on us 2 times in 1 year, the first time they
fixed and the second time they would not because it was past 45 days but
was 120 day. Not that long! They refuse to fix the floor this time! The
day my floor was installed, the person installing it was being shown how
to install my floor by his supervisor and the supervisor left, we were
eager to get the floor in because it was 3 days before Thanksgiving and
our home was all plywood! We were forgotten by the company for a month
and a half by this point!

"Gaps in between floor planks now one is even breaking"
I will never do business with Lumber Liquidators again. Our Windsor oak
flooring was installed 2 years ago and because of 30 year warranty I
have been trying to get company to make my flooring good. After so many
letters, pictures and phone calls they sent a man here to look it over.
The result of that visit was humidity or installer fault. I feel a
company like this needs to be forced out of business and I hope whomever
reads this will not purchase anything from them.

"I love my hardwood flooring!"
I have had my Casa de Color hardwood flooring for approximately six years now (since my house was built). The floor looked beautiful when it was brand new, and now six years later it still looks beautiful ??" as good as new! In other areas of the house I have carpet, linoleum, and tile, and honestly, when we had the house built, I was concerned about how well the hardwood would hold up. At the time we had one young child and another on the way. Now, six years later, the hardwood flooring is the best looking flooring in the house, and requires the least maintenance. I have been very satisfied with my hardwood floor experience and would most definitely purchase hardwood flooring, and this brand, again. I would also recommend both hardwood flooring and this brand to my friends without hesitation. If you're looking to buy a house and concerned about the longevity of hardwood flooring, let me reassure you that my experience has been great! It's durable and beautiful!

"Great Look, Not Durable"
We installed our Supreme Bamboo flooring in fall of 2007 after tearing up some old carpet in the living room. Immediately, the room looked a million times better! The color variations on each board brought a lot of texture and depth to the floor. We liked the golden color of the floor as well as it brought a quality of light to a formerly dark room. We have never had to repair the floors to this point but have noticed that the floor isn't as durable as we thought. We had been told that bamboo is very hard and durable but have found the opposite to be true. Our kids often pull toys across the floor and now we have a lot of scratches. There are some deep gauges, too from a picture frame hitting the floor. We are satisfied with the overall look, but definitely not with the durability! I would recommend this floor to a friend with the caveat that they should be aware that the floor is not very hard.
