"Uniclic Wire Brushed Engineered Flooring"
Mohawk engineered wood flooring is the poorest quality flooring we ever bought! We tried to go through the process of returning the flooring and Mohawk hired their own inspector to find any angle they could so they would not be responsible for correcting the problem, or reimbursing us for the flooring. My husband called Mohawk directly before we had the floor installed to see which was the best recommendation on installing the flooring and was told not to glue down the floor, or nail it because it's a floating floor. Our contractor installed the floor the way we were instructed and it looks awful! The floor bounces when you walk on it and there are several areas that are gaping. I waited a long time to be able to purchase wood flooring and it makes me sick to my stomach that I ended up purchasing defective flooring. I would not recommend this flooring to anyone and if you just purchased it, take it back before you go through the anguish we've experienced. We bought the flooring through Menards and I went through the proper channels to try and get the issue resolved with no satisfaction from Mohawk or Menards. Of course Menards does not carry this cheep flooring any more. I'm sure they had many dissatisfied customers just like myself and my husband. I would question any type of Mohawk products from this point, they do not stand behind their products, or care about customer service at all. My husband regrets not going after Mohawk legally.

"Daily Disappointment"
My brand new Pulte home with Mohawk engineered hardwood floors throughout is a daily disappointment. These floors at best (disregarding the warping, pealing, imperfections that lead to holes, etc) show every footprint, shoe print, drip, scrape, basically any movement, and the recommended cleaning product does not remove them. I also had defected boards replaced and now I have a clear path where new boards were installed. Not only can't you match them but they have a different finish. It sickens me to know there are so many others with same problem and nothing is being done about it. My floor is a medium/dark grey and we are empty nesters w no pets.

"Looks fantastic so far"
We had this installed at 1000 sq ft total in our downstairs area. we love it so far. It's only been about a month. We chose the natural with both the wide and narrow boards and it has knots showing. This helps hide any foot traffic. We have two chihuahua's and one loves to play fetch with a rubber ball. We've had no issues with this either. I will try to remember to review again after we have it for a year or two.

"Flooring de-laminating"
I've written a review prior to this but would just like to add that more flooring is delaminating and it's all the 24" pieces. All other lengths seem to be doing fine. There is now reason for this considering the quality of adhesives available today. I attribute this to poor quality control and lack of concern by the company. When is America going to take America back?

"Garbage, no other words"
I usually do not spend the time or effort to write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn folks about this product that Mohawk flooring is selling. We moved into a new construction; the builder offers Mohawk flooring and promotes the flooring as "very durable", cool we thought, let's do it. Since moving into the new house within 1-2 days we started noticing scratches and thought perhaps they occurred while we were moving stuff, so we became extra careful with even walking on the floor. After we moved in and began living in the house it became evident that it was not us banging stuff around on the floor that was damaging the floor, it was that the flooring is absolute garbage quality. Sitting in a chair will cause dents on the floor where the feet rest, the "wood" is so soft, I dropped a video cable onto the floor from about 2 1/2 feet after disconnecting it from an xbox and the hdmi connector dropping from 2 feet took a chunk of "wood" out of the floor... Not only this, you will find your lifestyle changing as you will constantly begin telling your kids to pick up their feet when they walk because the floor sucks that bad it will scratch leaving the ugliest white lines which show up against the dark finish. Please do yourself a favor and choose another company, it is absolutely amazing that Mohawk expects people to actually live and walk on this flooring.

"Mohawk quality control has gone down"
Do not buy Mohawk wood flooring, the quality control has gone down tremendously through the years, its garbage. I've also been installing floors for 15 years.

"Terrible flooring"
We bought a new house with Mohawk wood flooring installed by the builder. I have never seen a wood flooring that scratches so easily. Any moisture at all makes the top of the flooring separate and peel back. We have been in the house three months and are already deciding on what flooring to use next.

"Mohawk defective flooring. No warranty"
I'm a builder in Kansas City. Mohawk refuses to stand behind their product. I'm not even sure how much product of theirs I've bought over the years but I have one issue and they will not fix a defective floor. I have report with them admitting the floor is defective but they will only replace a few boards. When I said I no longer feel comfortable selling your product I was told we're so big you're a drop in the bucket. Nice work Mohawk nice work. You should be proud. -Former client
