"Best floor going"
I tested a piece by leaving it in the kitchen sink and soaking it every time we used the sink. I put over 2000 Sq ft of this in two different houses
It has been down for four years in one house and six in the other.
Much tougher than any hardwood.
Went down quickly because of clicklock.
Now you can't get it because some people expect it to equal cement or install it incorrectly.
I love the stuff.
If you have any type of wood, bamboo, etc. use transitions at doorways to mitigate expansion/contraction and in high traffic areas use a throw rug or you will be writing a review about how the product didn't meet your expectations.

"Bad product and bad customer care"
Bad bad product, that's why it was discontinued!
I had a problem with the finish of the floor and the representative was rude and did everything to make sure that the warranty that supposed to cover my claim will not.
Do not buy they are not telling the truth and definitely not helpful!

"Love my Floors"
I purchased Morning Star Bamboo Flooring from Lumber Liquidators in 2014. Today it looks like new, with no buckling, bubbling or any problems whatsoever. I love it!

"Don't buy Morningstar Bamboo"
We put Morningstar Bamboo in almost all of our main living area (1700 sq ft). The finish is gone in all the high traffic areas. Also in our climate temperatures go from really hot to really cold, and in the winter time this stuff shrinks so we have huge gaps in multiple places. I am really disappointed and would not recommend this product to anyone.

"Fedup with LL"
Writing to give warning if you decide to buy Lumber Liquidators bamboo flooring. I purchased about 500 sq ft of the Morning Star XD Antique Click Strand Bamboo in January. The boards were acclimated for 2 months prior to installation. Subfloor is 7/8 tongue and groove plywood, screwed and glued down. There is no problem of moisture or un-even floor. I used the Eco Silent Sound pad which the sales rep recommended highly for my application. Lumber Liquidators has since discontinued this product. Floor looks great with one exception, noisy and cupping. I contacted sales rep and he referred me to Customer Care Team. Sent pictures and labels from boxes. Installation was done to the downloaded manufacturer guide. After a few times back and forth with Care Team they sent a 9 page letter with there explanation of not honoring a warrantable claim. They have sited moisture concerns and subfloor as the issue. They also noted a transition should have been used for areas greater than 30 ft. This not a issue either, longest run is 24ft. I just happened to stop in a store to look around for another project and noticed what looked like what I had installed was no longer available in a floating floor, glue or nail down only. The associate told me I needed a particular pad under floor and a moisture barrier. What??? He looked up my order after I told him about my issue and said it was wrong pad for starters and my floor was no longer available as a click down, wonder why? I am now in the process of looking to take floor up and have it nailed down. Anyone can sell you flooring, need the right person that knows the products and what goes with what. Installer is not to blame.

"Huge mistake!!"
This flooring I used in the addition I had done to the house because my dad had ALS, I went ahead and did the downstairs the the addition was done. We had the same contractor who built the aaddition and laid the flooring to begin with.absoluty a total waste of my hard earned money. My dad passed away 2 days before moving into his new addition. Now that he is gone even tho I had the addition built and the flooring throughout the downstairs so it all flowed naturally. now I can't even put the house for sale. The floor has buckled it's just a complete wavy mess. It is a real life nightmare. All my hard earned money gone. I don't have more money to redo the floors this is to much house just for me and I can't sell it the way it is. No realstate company wanted to even try to sell without floor fixed. This has become a real life nightmare. I have to sell my house in a certain time period to get the tax credits. It makes me sick to read the other reviews and we all have the same issue. Morning Star we all deserve a complete refund for parts and labor. I am going to blow this up on social media , contact a lawyer this is so ridiculously not legal to sell a product like this

"Worst Mistake Ever"
I feel like I have been had! And I blame LL for letting me make this purchase. I guess buyer be ware! First day floor was installed it started cupping. There is no moisture and it was installed by a professional. Not sure what to do right now. Spend more money and rip it up? Or cover it with a rug! Extremely Disappointed!

"Fading floors"
We purchased this flooring initially as we were told Bamboo had a high durability as we had dogs. We initially loved our floors! However, now a year later we are seeing the dark color fade into a white/gray in high traffic areas in our home. These areas are not in sunlight nor are they exposed to moisture. These areas include: where we step out of bed, by the trash can, next to the toilet, by our back door where we let the dogs out, in front of our fridge, etc. It is unacceptable that our floors should be fading a year after purchase and installation!! We continue to see new spots form each day.

"Worst Floors Ever"
Purchased this flooring through Lumber Liquidators and hired the installer through Lumber Liquidators. Made sure the installer followed installation instructions exactly and even had a moisture test done on the concrete slab before being installed. The floors cupped and when I complained to LL they blamed their installer even though he followed the instructions exactly so he blamed them. These floors are never exposed to any moisture. I wrote a review on their website which they removed. I was told it would be more hassle and expense than it's worth to fight them so I wasted $7K on ugly floors.
