"Dishonest"
I ORDERED 12MM LAMINATE FLOORING. Got it home and noted on one of the last boxes I unloaded that it was actually 10mm with a 2mm underlayment. HUH??!! The posting on the Home Depot website stated 12mm ... I'm returning it ... stay-away from these charlatans.

"Bad flooring carpet finish"
While the actual installed wood floor looks fine, the Lowes installer, Keller Interiors, did not tack down the padding beneath the carpet at the transition. We now have 4 rooms where at the doorway the padding has pulled away and there is an indention. Looks terrible. Lowes & Keller refuse to take responsibility for substandard work. I would not recommend them.

"Will not stay locked in place"
My wife and I purchased Prego a week ago and yesterday I began installing it. The planking "Will not, I repeat, will not" stay locked in place. I've installed laminate flooring before and had absolutely zero trouble. Years ago, I installed actual wooden floors that required rectangular shaped nails to hold in place. I never had a problem. Believe me, this stuff is "crap and not worth purchasing."
PS, we're going to take this crap back to Lowes today or tomorrow.

"Do not waste your money"
I bought this and had it installed in 2019 in my kitchen, great room, and a long hall. Within one year, it was buckling....not in the kitchen, nor by the 2 outside doors, but in the hall. Pergo gives a lifetime warranty. It took forever for a rep to come...the sweetest little old lady and husband finally showed up. What a scam!
It was ruled water damage. Who has water damage in the middle of a hall??
I got nothing because it had been discontinued and would cost them too much to replace. Don't be deceived. Lowes did not stand up.for this product either. Lots of buckling now.

"Pergo does not value customers and will say anything to not warranty their product"
When I purchased my pergo flooring I talked to the sales rep at the store and he went over how to clean and take care of my new floor so I did exactly as was told. Now there is some pieces that are bubbling up and they sent a rep to come look at it and they denied my claim saying I used excessive moisture and that caused the damage. When I spoke to their customer service she was very rude and unpleasant so asked to speak to management she disregarded me and said have a nice day and your claim is still denied then hung up on me. I work in sales and nobody should be treated this way when spending their hard earned money to keep your business open. I will be sure to pass this along to any customer I meet and everyone I know in the construction field so they do not have to be treated like this over someone trying to rip them off. Do not buy Pergo flooring...

"They don't stand behind their warranty or their product"
Don't waste time or money on Pergo / Mohawk flooring. They have their own inspectors and make their own conclusions when it comes to warranties. We used required underlaiment and they said that was what caused the "popping" noise, not the flooring. They are unethical and don't stand behind their product. Don't buy it.

"Does not honor claimed warranty!"
Purchased, acclimated, and installed by licensed professional. After 5 months experienced defect in 1 plank, confirmed by professional inspector. Mohawk denied claim claiming chip or impact damage without even inspecting onsite. Photos and close inspection indicate otherwise. Avoid this product if warranty matters to you!

"Unacceptable Flooring"
I wish I did not even have to leave one star. We purchased our Pergo Red Oak flooring a few years ago. Our problems started within a month when we noticed we had chips on some of the pieces. It is in the kitchen and is starting to curl up on the edges. I am careful with water on the floor and only use Swiffer pads to clean it. I am very embarressed when anyone comes over and sees this floor. We purchased it at Lowes and used their installers. We are in our 70's and thought we would never have to spend money on the kitchen floor again. So disappointed.

"Pergo / Don't stand by product"
Lowes sold me an installed a Top of the line Pergo floor that has a manufacturing defect because the decor paper did not reach the ends of the planks.
I had this floor installed 2 years ago and the date after I called the store and I told the girl I charge of installation department at the Poughkeepsie store that the floor looked different from any other Pergo floor I seen so she said the was going to send the installers back to check a couple days later the called and stop and said the installation was ok . I believed them. I spend very little time at home since my husband was very gravely I'll a the VA hospital, I spend 10 to 12 hours a day there. After my husband death I notice my floor was looking worst and in August I went to the store they said since it was 2 years they could not do anything to call Pergo, the told me I had to go thru the store . After many demands from Pergo made all receipt, pictures of the boxes pictures of the floor the finally send a 3rd Party inspector and he found the floor was defective also the blame the Bona laminate cleaner that I was told to use at Lowe's and the display is by the flooring. Now Lowe's said I should it reported with in a year and o told them I reported the day after the installation and I was told the floor was ok . They said to me they do t have it in their notes. I am not a liar they can call the installers they live in PA Allentown and the probable remember or the girl that was is the person that took care of installation scheduling. I want my flooring replace or repair . Pergo and Lowe's are not standing by that they care for their customers and I am a widow of a veteran and been ignored.
