"Vishal"
I just purchased 1/2 ennigeered hardwood and I am thinking about using
Elastilon to install my floor over concrete. I have concerns your
product may make my floor sound hollow and creaky just like laminate
flooring which I hate! Therefore I am leaning toward glue, but I like
the ease of installation, no VOCs. What is your customer's experience in
this regard? Any comment on this subject are greatly appreciated.

"Bamboo Floors - Sand and Finish After Installation"
I have had Timbergrass brand bamboo floors in my house for 8 years. I really like the look of the bamboo floors because these are not laminate or Pergo, they are solid bamboo. The grain and and caramel color are beautiful. And I love that bamboo is a renewable resource. I do not like how the floors have worn over the last 8 years. (We do have small kids and dogs and I'm not sure how any wood floor would hold up to this. ) The floors that we have came already finished and ready to install.
With this type of flooring there is a small groove between each board and over the last 8 years these grooves have darkened with dirt and mold that I cannot get out. They have also scratched and dented a lot over the years. I would buy Timbergrass floors again, but I would not buy the kind that is finished and ready to install. I really dislike the grooves between the boards that trap dirt and mold. I would buy unfinished floors that need to be sanded and finished after installation. I know it seems like a lot more work but it would be worth it in the long run.
