"Falling apart"
We bought and put down the laminate wood floor and had it installed about a year ago and it has scratches and parts of the floor is chipping and we let is acclimate for three days inside the ac before installing.

"Bought more and it doesn't lock in"
Had to go buy more to finish floor bought the same color name, same brand name, and it doesn't lock in with the stuff I already had on the floor, now I have to redo entire floor with something else.

"Sub-standard Flooring"
I purchased your flooring about 8 years ago, with a 25 year Warranty.
Within 3 years, the product started showing signs of "deterioration" and
started scratching very easily. I have just spent the last three years
trying to get information from Home Depot about contacting you. I
bought 47 cases of the Uniclic African Chestnut, Home Depot sku No. 281-
454 on Order No. 4119-184926, on October 26th, 2008. about 40% of this
product has been damaged, some of it by removing a wooden chair from
the Dining Room table and other from my 18 pound Jack Russel dog, just
walking on it. I would like these pieces replaced and will send
pictures of the damage, together with any other information you may
need to process this claim.

"The worst floor ever"
I purchased the engineered wood floors from Home Depot about 4 years
ago. It scratched right away even though I was very careful. The TV
remote control falling from the couch left me with tiny dents, so did
the keys from the hook. I complained with no avail, the company is out
of business and Home Depot sent out an "independent investigator" and
according to him I did not take care of my floors the right way. So I
got nowhere. I don't even want to get into the saga of the installation,
it was professionally handled and poorly done.

"the worst"
Dont get this crap...cant even get the stuff I need to finish the
job....looks like a lawsuit to me...i have a lot of time and money in
this...now it's time to finish where floor meets up to stairs....can't
even find the stuff to finish it..this sucks bad.

"I love my TrafficMaster wood flooring!"
2 years ago I bought Traffic Master wood flooring for an addition to my house. I was immediately impressed with the quality of the flooring. There are so many great things about it. For one, it is extremely easy to clean and maintain. I have a cat and a dog so being able to clean up a pets mess was very important to me. Thankfully it is very easy and hassle free. Also whenever i have company over they all love the flooring. A few of them have even decided to get wood floors for their own homes after seeing how mine have turned out. I have never had to repair the floor and have never had any serious problems with it. The installation was quick and easy and I probably could have done it myself. All in all im very happy that I decided to get wood flooring for my addition as opposed to carpet or tile.
