"Don't do it"
We put this laminate in our new home because we liked the color and thought all laminate was alike. Not true! The 1st week we were here, I accidentally knocked a glass off the counter and it chipped the floor in several places. I started noticing scratches immediately and every time I clean the floor I see more. They're everywhere and it's just my husband and myself living here. We have no pets. We've only been here 2 months and shudder to think what it will look like in a year. We had Pergo in our previous home and it looked like new after 20 years- this stuff isn't even close.

"We have been very pleased with the product."
Have had Quickstep Home Sound for 5 years in living and dining room.
Still looks great and easy to clean. We have 2 cats that play and slide
all over and have not seen any scratches or damage. We just added the
same product in the bedroom , and it looks great and matches exactly. We
had the floors professionally installed. We also use Bona laminate
cleaner, which is great.

"Horrible products"
Horrible horrible horrible. Buckled from no water spill. Warranty is
junk. The company wont get back to me after 6 weeks. Home depot sells
better flooring for cheaper. I will never ever buy from Quick Step
again.i suggest you stay away from this company

"Worst warranty ever"
So my family lives in Georgia and if you have lived here then you know
We try to keep our floors as dry as possible but the quickstep floor
that we have starts to bubble up in the creases. I call the warranty
people at quick step he tells me that our floor is covered due to the
humidity in the air which is causing my floor to buckle. So basically
there floor is no good where it is humid at because for some odd reason
we control the temperature outside and the flooring shouldn't buckle
like that. All I needed was a some pieces so I can fix the floor myself.
Worst flooring ever I hope you don't have this flooring. I would not
recommend this flooring to anyone.

"Beware: Do Not Buy Reclaime Flooring"
After 2 months my brand new Quick Step Reclaime flooring started to chip
in several places. Now after a few months it has many chips in it! I
don't have any pets, no children, and I walk with socks on. I contacted
the company but they were not of any help. They took no responsibility
and blamed it on my installer, which is was not! I would never buy any
Quick Step products again!

"Awful!"
This is literally the worst flooring ever! If we spill water and it sits
for 30 seconds the floor bubbles. The whole house is bubbling everywhere
and the Quick Step people were of no help at all. They basically said
someone must have used soap and water on it at some point... Please do
not waste your money. We have had the cheapest laminate available in our
rental property for years and no pro lens at all... We moved here and it
already had Quick Step do not buy you will regret it!

" Awesome Flooring"
I am stunned by the negative reviews of Quick Step Laminate flooring. I
have had mine down for 9 years. A family member has had it down for 12
years. We have heavy traffic, kids, pets, water spills and inadvertently
left a sliding glass door open and rain poured in for 30 minutes and sat
on the floor. No problems! So buy it and have a professional install
it. It's fantastic.

"No Warranty Service"
We have had this floor for a few years. However at the dining table the
floor has worn through. I was advised by Christian Flooring the
installer, that the floor has a life time warranty.
I called the US office and Annette Jones The Senior Claims Specialist said I could fax or mail the supporting documents to her office.
I called when I received no response and was told by Annette Jones that she was not handling our claim and I had to contact the UNILIN Claims office at the same address. I only received a invalid address message in response and Annette Jones is no longer responding to phone messages. The claim was sent certified mail and they received the mail.

"Please heed these negative reviews"
We had Quick Step Classic Sound installed in our brand new home 6 months
ago and I'm ready to throw away that money to have it ripped out. From
day one it has been extremely high-maintenance and never looked clean.
Every footprint (bare, with socks or shoes) shows up as a smudge on the
dry floor. Cleaning it as recommended by misting water on a microfiber
mop still leaves filmy smears unless you get on your hands and knees
with a soft absorbent towel to make sure it is perfectly dry after every
stroke of the mop. An errant ice chip fell and blistered the seam so now
I'm paranoid about every little drop of water that hits it. Definitely
should never be layed in a kitchen. It also scratches easy and we are
seniors that tread easy with no children or pets. Please, read these
reviews before buying this product. I wish I would have.

"Do Not Buy QuickStep"
Two years after installation the top layer is peeling off like a
sticker. I have been fighting with the warranty for over a year.
