"Not a quality product"
We purchased over 2000sq ft of this product to install throughout our entire home. It has only been in our home less than three years and the boards are cracking length wise the entire length of the board and the product dents very easily. Custom Surface, which has the warranty on the product, does not stand behind the product at all! If you like bamboo as much as I do, find a different brand.

"Excellent floor at a great price"
He had a Timber Ridge Hickory floor installed in a high traffic hallway. The materials were purchased at Menards. We are very happy with this floor. It looks great, and despite being walked on all the time, and having dogs running over it, it looks great!

"Cheap product but expensive price"
Dents and scratches from 45 pound dog walking in floor. Stair treads
snap lengthwise under least amount of pressure. Never buy... looking to
sue for replacement product.

"1000 sq. ft"
I installed 1000 sq. Ft in 2 upstairs bedrooms a hallway and two closets
and was impressed with the quality of the flooring. I think I only had 5
or 10 boards that I couldnt use cause they were defective because they
were cut wrong or had a flaw in them. Out of 26 boxes thats remarkable
considering this flooring was only like around $3.25 a sq.ft in cost. It
doesnt have the longest wear warranty but its beautiful and for the
money a great value and easy to install.

"I love this floor"
After reading all the negative reviews I decided I need to write my
experiences with Rapid Loc. We have had the flooring for six years. It
was very easy to lay. I am guessing many of the problems are incorrect
installation. We have a dog that always pees in a specific spot and even
with repeated ursine on one spot we didn't have to change the boards out
for 3 years. We also had a roof leak and water would sit on the floor
and that we never changed out because it looks worn but not bad. We have
had no gaping. We are realistic that two large dogs are going to cause
some normal wear and tear and take responsibility for that. Otherwise
the floor looks amazing. We bought a new house and putit in our new
house (living and dining room). We also have other hardwood (original
hardwood in a 100 yr old home) and it has gotten way more scuffed up
than the engineered hard wood from rapid loc. Just make sure you install
correctly and have realistic expectations.

"Don't buy Rapid Loc flooring"
I purchased the Rapid-Loc cherry laminate flooring in mid-2014 right
after buying my house. I installed it in my home office. I immediately
noticed the new floor pitting from my office chair wheels. It wasn't
long and I had a white ring on the floor, as the finish had just faded
away. After a longer period has passed, the floor is now flaking the top
layer away. I filed a warranty claim on their "so called 30 year finish
warranty" only to be denied. I would love everyone to see their
ridiculous denial letter, but you get the point. I would stay far away
from this product for any high traffic area!

"After three tries we found a winner"
We tried two other brands before we purchased Rapid Loc. It is a
winner in my opinion.. I have installed this product before. I was a
winner then. Our kids wanted something different. We wound up (after
two days) right back with Rapid Loc. I like these products. Would
recommend them...

"Very, very poor quality"
We purchased bamboo flooring Floors by Distinction 2 years ago from
Menards. Very disappointed in the product. The flooring has so many
dents, scratches and splintering in the wood. Wrote an email to the
company and they said "it's normal wear on the floor". Bamboo is a
hardwood. It's twice as hard as oak. This floor should be solid, durable
and resilient. Flooring by Distinction advertises on their boxes 35 year
surface warranty and as printed on the box Hardwood. Hate to see what
these floors look like in another 33 years. Stand behind your product.

Review:
"Poor Quality SuperFast hard wood"
Poor quality. Wood buckles under the slightest temperature change. The
front of the Box quotes that it's good for all types of environments but
then if you read the back of the box it says that you cannot have any
type of temperature fluctuation period. After the first time the floor
buckled in my home I contacted the manufacturer and she told me that I
have to buy a dehumidifier and run it all the time and when I told her
that that was unacceptable she told me I was being unreasonable and very
dissatisfied with this company and their flooring.
