"Very unhappy with Home Legends Flooring"
I had this put in my whole house. I'm ready to move in and can't because this flooring will not come clean. It has tracks, smear marks all over it. This is the ugliest floor ever. I spent a lot of money on this ugly mess.
I have been homeless, since hurricane Florence. And I'm still homeless because of these floors.
The flooring company have been out twice. Now they want to send a guy out for testing that I have to pay for. I can just imagine how that's going to go.
The flooring company pushes this flooring. And oh what a mess I have gotten in. Because of this sorry and most of all... Ugly Floors!
I wish I had read the reviews before I invested in these floors.

"Worst Flooring Ever"
Same as everyone else floor looked great at first but in less than two years it is showing wear and scratches. Contacted Home Legends they sent out an inspector. He said we were dragging objects across it and using a vacuum with a beater bar that was causing the scratches. I told him the only thing we have drug across it was our stocking feet. Scratches very easily. The item with a beater bar is a battery powered sweeper with brushes, there is no beater bar on it. Use the same thing on our Shaw hardwood flooring. This product was installed in our master bedroom and spare bedrooms. We installed Shaw hardwood floors and it has been down for over 10 years in our kitchen and main bath and hallways that sees 100 % of all the traffic in our house without wearing like this junk has. Wish I had seen this site to before wasting $3000 for flooring that isn't quality. Was told we could hire another inspector at our own expense and try again. But you know where that would have got us. Another big expense, I also would join in a class action lawsuit against this company if one gets started or if I knew how to start one. Definitely would never buy anything from this Company again!

"Terrible flooring"
We also bought our flooring at home depot spent 2000.00 dollors and now a year later the finish is comming off they say high traffic areas and we should have had rugs down they are suspose to have a great warrenty it sucks they dont stand behind what they say so we are basically screwed and out our money never ever again be wise and never buy there products

"Pitting planks"
We bought home with Home Legend newly installed. The flooring looked great at first but has become very dull, scratches easily and is now showing what I call pitting streaks-down to bare wood. I most definitely would not recommend this product.

"Bamboo Victim"
After only 10 months my bamboo planks started to crack and had cupping. Home Legends claimed that the humidity in my home was to low. Standard range is 35% - 55%. Mine is 33%. They also claimed that the floor is to uneven. The floor in my kitchen is very level and I also have boards cracking in there. I also bought this product from Home Depot. I threw $1600.00 right down the toilet. Do not buy Home Legend products.

"Poor quality"
Loved my floor, lifetime residential warranty denied after 4 years! Wear on floor in corner against wall area considered high traffic so claim for repair denied! Do not use Home Legends, only if you can replace it yourself and have money to burn! totally dissatisfied!

"Love my flooring"
Purchased the flooring several years back decided to put it throughout my entire home I'm so happy with the look of it, very easy to maintain.I should also mention that I have two small dogs and there are no scratches very pleased with my floor :)

"Scratches easily."
I had the luxury vinyl plank (color silver spur) flooring put into my house 4 weeks ago. I could not be more disappointed in the durability or the quality of this product. I have at least five or six scratches already in my floor. It seems like every time I turn around there is a new scratch or scuff. I'm 55 years old, it is just my husband and I that live in our home. We do not wear our shoes on this floor. I have protection pads under every chair leg. I don't have rugs or anything on my floor. We are very clean people, so the scratches isn't coming from rugs, sand, gravel or dirt. I don't get it! The planks looked beautiful when they came out of the box. Within a week the floor look dull and dry. Thank goodness I only have $1600 invested in this crappy floor. I will not recommend this product to anyone.
